Negative experience: This is a uniquely terrible company. Unresponsive to an incredible point. I've been blowing up every email I have for them, until recently their phone number went to a full VM box, I've been chasing them since the 8th for my July remittance, which commonly comes late (property management agreement says it should be consistently sent on the 7th). In May I had a similar situation where about a week went by with no response from them because a lease was about to end, something I noticed, the didn't. I am sincerely worried they will just try to abscond with my tenant's deposit because they are not responding to my email terminating them. Look at their BBB complaints, this is not a reputable business. I swear the situation was not this bad when I switched, but be aware. I will edit this review if I get a response or they fail to return the tenant's deposit. Update: they responded to the tenant after she threatened legal action, so I think she will end up getting her deposit. They responded to her over the phone and sent me the July remittance, very late, after I emailed the dc licencing board who claimed their listenes are not up to date, I don't know if that is true because DC also accused me of not having my lisences in order, which I do have and was able to evidence for them, but suspicious all the same.
Negative experience: Horrendous service. Unprofessional. They eventually stop answering calls and emails. Bad for both tenants and owners. Their carelessness gave my tenant a terrible experience. They even delayed giving my tenant’s deposit back. Do not go with this company. Squire is unprofessional.
Negative experience: Squire has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After notifying them months in advance that I wouldn’t be renewing, communication became awful. They tried charging me an extra month of rent, and it took numerous emails to get it corrected. Even after the 45-day deadline had passed, I still hadn’t received any update on my security deposit, despite my landlord telling me the property was left in great condition. I eventually contacted the OAG’s office, and shortly afterward Squire responded and began emailing back and even called me. They explained that staff turnover and an employee emergency had caused delays, but I had received no response for over a month before contacting the OAG. If you’re having issues with your security deposit, contacting the OAG’s office may help. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend against using this company.
Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I used Squire LLC as a property management company. They owe me several thousand dollars in rent and security deposits they've already collected from the tenants. For months, I have received no response from multiple emails, phone calls, or voicemails. I only have one point of contact - Elizabeth Kostreski - and calls to her number go directly to voicemail like I've been blocked. Also, they let my BBL lapse which has incurred fines. Absolutely terrible experience and seemingly non-existent business. They have no physical office a customer could get to either. Avoid at all costs.
Negative experience: I really, really, hope landlords and tenants heed all these negative reviews and save themselves the headache of working with Squire. I worked with Squire and had them manage my property for many years. I'll keep this review factual to truly illustrate why you should avoid them. 1) We requested specifically that one clause be included in the lease that is actually standard in DC's GCAAR lease. It was not added. Instead of proceeding with an amendment, Liz said they'd ask the tenants to abide by it. 2) Squire claimed our property had been listed for rent across multiple platforms, but I couldn't find the property through simple searches. They maintained that they had listed it across all platforms two days prior, but the link they sent me said it had been posted 58 minutes prior. 3) The lease Squire provided did not explicitly state prorated rent was due for a partial month (also standard in a GCAAR lease). Because of this, the tenants disputed that they owed rent, and instead of being able to professionally handle this situation, Squire asked us to forego the majority of the rent for that time period to avoid starting off on the wrong foot. 4) Squire was in charge of obtaining and maintaining compliance with DC regulations for the unit. They registered for a business license, but then let it lapse without renewing it. They listed themselves as the contact for the business license, but in our name, so they received all notifications that would have informed them the license was expiring and eligible for renewal. They ignored them and did not inform us, so by the time I had fired them and went through the process myself while getting new tenants, I owed $500 in additional fees to come back into compliance. 5) Squire did not register our property with the Rental Accommodations Division, despite explicitly stating they would do so in their overview of services. 6) Squire was repeatedly late on initiating manual transfers of the rent money they received from tenants. They gave me a timeline of expected transfer with plenty of extra time built in, and when they regularly exceeded this self-defined SLA, I had to email them to remind them. In my experience, Squire was incredibly responsive until they had a signed contract in hand, and after that, they were just a headache to work with. I sincerely regret ever signing with them and I'm hoping others will avoid them! Update: I received an email follow-up after posting the review within 24 hours stating the following: "We have identified a coordinated effort to harm our company’s reputation through the use of duplicate and anonymous accounts publishing false statements, including false claims about adherence to legal agreements which you have misrepresented. Such actions constitute defamation and unfair business interference. We are in the process of documenting all related activity and are rigorously pursuing all available remedies." Every statement I made here is factual, and if Squire would like to dispute any specific statement with facts, I'm happy to hear it. I will not be intimidated into silence about this business. I believe Squire's ability to respond to me within 24 hours of my posting a public review, but not for weeks prior as I asked for reimbursement for the additional fees I had to pay due to the lapsed business license, clearly illustrates the way they practice business. Again, I share this to save others from the headaches I have endured while working with Squire.
Negative experience: I have been sending many messages to Elisabeth at Squire asking for the licence that Squire is supposed to obtain for me. She promised to send it to me several weeks ago. Until now nothing. She did not respond to my emails or voice messages. I am wondering if Squire even really exists? Just an answering machine and no responses to any inquiry, no followup on promises. Unreal.
Negative experience: Impossible to get any responses from Squire. When they got our flat for rent and it was rented out with a tenant that we ourselves found, all seemed straightforward. Now Squire (Elisabeth) just stopped responding to voice messages and email. She hides behind an excuse of being away weeks ago. Surely she can't be away for weeks since then!. Really disappointing. When they need to do something, all communications just stop.
Negative experience: PSA: LIZ IS THE WORST. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT WORK WITH SQUIRE AS RENTERS, LANDLORDS, ETC. Working with Squire has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst management experiences I have ever had. For months, communication was virtually nonexistent. Emails and follow-ups were ignored, basic questions went unanswered, and I was consistently forced to chase them just to get any kind of response. This is not a one-off mistake — it is a pattern of complete disregard for their responsibilities. The final straw was the condition the apartment was left in after I informed them I was switching managers. The unit turnover was never completed, blinds were left broken and literally falling down, and necessary repairs were simply abandoned. To make matters worse, none of this was properly documented, explained, or fairly reflected in the handling of the security deposit. A property management company’s job is to manage the property and communicate with its clients. Squire failed on both fronts, repeatedly and consistently. If you value professionalism, accountability, or even basic responsiveness, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I would not wish this experience on any owner or tenant.
Negative experience: I don’t think a single human actually works here? I set up a tour to view an apartment and the whole thing was done via their automated system. I go to the tour at 6:30 pm using the lockbox code and I walk in and immediately there is an air mattress with perhaps someone living there? They didn’t warn me about this and when I tried to call the number it was literally impossible to talk to a human or even leave a message. An automated system asked for feedback so I told them this and no response. I’m really leaving this review to see if anyone at the company cares at all about their company? I would not recommend this company as I had a horrible experience hope this helps ❤️
Negative experience: For the past TWO years Squire LLC has been avoiding being served. They have not returned my security deposit as well as they no longer manage the property I moved out of. I have reached out via phone and email several times. After returning the keys I never heard back from Liz. As a tenant they were terrible when it came to the up keep. I moved in to an over grown yard, trash in the garage and broken glass in the bathroom. I was told we couldnt get the keys due to finishing up the home however once we arrived we had to clean up and argue with them to cut the grass (front and back yard- code enforcement said it would be a fine) As of now squire STILL has me listed as a tenant with me owing over $47,000! I stopped by the property and spoke to the new tenant who stated that they rent directly from the owner. SQUIRE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! LIZ needs her face plastered all over the internet incase she tries to rebrand. Over the phone (when you can reach her) you wouldnt expect it but after the contract is signed GOOD LUCK Im headed back to court attempt to have her/them served again. OWNERS - DO NOT USE RENTERS- DO NOT RENT!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!
Negative experience: I was having a fine experience using Squire for property management then they completely dropped the ball on communication during the process of trying to find a new tenant for my condo. Not replying to emails or texts despite rounds of requests for better communication. Have been completely ghosted at this point. I’m writing this review just to try to get a response to my email to cancel our agreement that I sent on Oct 30 and still have no response. Unacceptable. Would not recommend Squire to anyone unfortunately. It’s a pity because I had no issues for 2 years just with management, but they didn’t find my original tenant so this process has really let me down.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I want to rent a two bedroom apartment in DC. Although we knew that applications had been submitted for Unit 211 at Buchanan School, we asked to see it. Liz arranged everything for us and let us know when the owner selected someone wise enough to get their application in quickly. Even though we didn't get the apartment of our dreams, we had an excellent experience with Liz. Fingers are crossed that another unit will become available there.
Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this company. My partner, Jakob L, and I scheduled multiple tours to see the apartment at 1324 E St SE, APT 211—each one was canceled without proper notice, until today. Today, we finally had a confirmed self-guided tour at 9:00 AM. We were instructed that a lockbox would be on site with a key to access the unit. Upon arrival, we found several lockboxes, but none matched the photo or had the 8 digit serial number we needed to input to get the key. We called the Squire support number multiple times and were sent directly to voicemail every time. A kind resident even assisted us in checking the lockboxes to ensure we weren’t overlooking anything. She confirmed that no lockbox was present. This was a complete waste of time, and I am furious that we were unable to tour the apartment after so many failed attempts. This experience reflects horribly Squire. The owner should be made aware that their apartment is virtually inaccessible due to how this process is being managed. Squire should not be in business. AI cannot replace human responsibility, attention to detail, or basic accountability. 7/27/25 update: I still have not heard anything from Squire. No apologies. No emails. No calls. NOTHING
Negative experience: Rarely am I moved enough by a company's absolute asininity to be compelled to write a review, but alas, here we are. My girlfriend and I (after days of repeated scheduling and rescheduling) were slotted to view a property listed by Squire. Upon traveling to said property, reading the directions sent by their (near-useless) online portal, we attempted to enter the apartment in which we now had a *confirmed* tour. According to the directions, we should have found a lockbox with keys outside of the building, plugged in this lockbox's serial number, received the access code, grabbed the keys, and walked right in. Easy enough, right? Wrong. After rummaging through ~30 lockboxes, we found one that read "Squire." Jackpot. I enter the only numbers written on this box. A red banner flashes across my screen, "incorrect serial number." Okay, let me call the number conveniently placed on the back of the lockbox. As predicted, a lousy excuse for an AI assistant picks up the phone and informs me that there is nothing they can do! My girlfriend and I proceeded to call every number Squire had listed online - including their "current resident" line to see if we could get anyone to help. No answer. We are incredibly lucky to have found out that even if we HAD gotten in, toured the location, applied for and moved in, and had a potential emergency, that there would be not a soul there to help. Thank you Squire! No wonder rental property owners can't seem to find tenants - Squire won't let them in!! Our time was thoroughly wasted and yours will be too should you choose to associate with them!
Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Hiring Squire was one of the worst decisions I've made. I hired Squire to manage my condo while I was living overseas, and the experience over the past year was beyond frustrating—it was costly, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I genuinely believe I would have been better off managing it myself. Here’s a summary of just a few of the issues I dealt with: Tenant placement was slow and underpriced. It took them three months to find a tenant—and for $100/month less than I had secured on my own the year prior. I found my previous tenant in under two weeks. Unresponsive and unreachable. The property manager, Liz, regularly went MIA—during critical periods, like the end of my tenant’s lease, she disappeared for 11 days with no out-of-office notice, backup contact, or communication. This left me in the dark during an already stressful period. Delayed payments. I didn’t receive rent for over 3 months because they failed to complete the direct deposit setup. I had to follow up repeatedly to get it sorted. Constant follow-ups required. I had to chase them (via emails, texts, voicemails) for even the simplest tasks—again and again. It got to a point where I no longer trusted that anything would be handled. Mishandled tenant communications. When I decided to sell the property, Squire failed to notify my tenant that the lease wouldn't be renewed. I had to step in and handle this myself—from overseas—while also preparing to return to D.C. Liz refused to take my calls, claiming she was “in meetings.” No accountability or escalation path. Despite repeated requests, I was never able to speak with a manager or anyone else at the company. Their website has no clear contact info beyond Liz, and even their main number went to a full voicemail box. Lack of transparency. I couldn’t tell if this was a real business or just a skeleton operation. I only ever interacted with Liz and one other person who helped with maintenance requests. At times it felt borderline fraudulent. They didn’t understand my condo building’s rules. Squire failed to read my condo documents thoroughly, and as a result, I hit the building’s rental cap and incurred enormous fines. Final insult. After all this, they had the audacity to charge me for mailing my own keys—keys that were sitting in a lockbox outside my condo. I wasn’t given enough notice to pick them up, and they used that as an excuse to bill me one last time. In short: Do not hire this company. They added stress, delayed income, and created costly problems. I’m now selling my condo—not because I want to, but because Squire made being a landlord an absolute nightmare. Spare yourself the frustration and find a company that actually does the job you’re paying them for.
Negative experience: No call, no show for the viewing.
Negative experience: Squire is managing property on Capitol Hill, so I asked them, since expanded their property management to surrounding counties whether felt comfortable managing a property in Prince George's county in Maryland. They said they were. Results 1. No tenants were presented to me in TWO YEARS. 2. The property is located in College Park, which has annual occupancy permit. Due to unfamiliarity, I presume, it reached a point where I received a notice for a court appearance concerning non-compliance to renew the occupancy permit. 3. After I ended the management of the property, it took a month after the contract ended to get the keys to the new property management company. 4. Could not even manage to mail the keys to new property management company. Told me they mailed keys, 11 days later, keys were not received. RIDICULOUS!!!! For whatever reason, hubris, I would recommend NOT USING SQUIRE to manage properties in surrounding counties!!!!
Negative experience: I was a tenant in a condo managed by this company for exactly one year, and the experience was almost comically awful. Never once met an actual human from the company. Most communication was via their online portal, with the occasional automated text message. The condo had numerous maintenance issues when we moved in, but our requests to have them addressed were ignored until I scheduled an inspection from the Dept of Buildings that resulted in our landlord getting over $3k in citations. When the pipes in our bathroom burst, the building maintenance man called the Squire offices to explain the issue, and I overheard the "manager" on the other end admit that he had never even been inside the unit and had no idea how it was laid out. Truly cannot believe this "business" still exists.
Positive experience: Like other owners, but significantly less, still owed for one month’s rent! Originally two, but I recovered one after two months of an email barrage. It’s not one star because overall dealing with them was pretty easy, and up until the end, it went pretty well.
Negative experience: BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THEM....They still owe me $17,000....terrible, unethical. I'd give them negative stars if I could.
Negative experience: We have asked for our deposit back but have been ghosted by this company. When making maintenance request we had to contact them multiple time. Not responsive.
Fantastic experience: Love this property.
Negative experience: Rescheduled or cancelled my showing 3 times in a row with no notice. Each time I rescheduled, my showing was cancelled or rescheduled again. If they’re this poor at leasing, I can’t imagine they’d be much better as landlords.
Negative experience: Completely unresponsive and managed by bad AI, Squire has stood me up and regularly spammed me. I ended up seeing the apartment and I love it, but Spire’s inability to return calls or treat you like a human is a red flag. You cannot find a human through a broken phone tree and automated texts.
Fantastic experience: Experience was great! I had no problems following the provided instructions for the lock box and locating the apartment. Customer service was excellent.
Fantastic experience: There weren’t a lot of calls back until there was 1 and that one came from Victoria. She was/is phenomenal and her approach is like non other. Thank you Squire team for supporting my steps forward.
Fantastic experience: She was very communicative and also very helpful.
Negative experience: Scheduled a viewing and they never showed up. We couldn't get to a real person and were never contacted. I won't be viewing any of their properties again.
Negative experience: Very hard people to reach can not get any information for property's
Fantastic experience: Squire and Liz specifically have been invaluable to me. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and found great tenants. Moreover, my tenants have only said positive things about working with them which is exactly what I was hoping for. I hadn't planned to rent out my condo, but with frequent deployments, I'm relieved it's in safe hands.
Negative experience: Stay away from Squire! I hired them back in June and Liz Kostreski still hasn't shown my place to a single soul and has been lying to my face about it. Now I have to figure out how to find someone to show the place and rent my unit in a week. Absolute scam!
Negative experience: We worked with Elizabeth Kostreski at Squire to rent out our apartment in DC and it's been a terrible expereince. She has been claiming that she's shown the apartment to multiple potential tenants but it's been complete lies since we found out nobody has come to view the property. I would not recommend using Squire or working with Elizabeth who has been defrauding us.
Negative experience: Unprofessional and unresponsive
Positive experience: Appreciate you guys taking the time out of your Saturday to address our concerns!
Negative experience: A welcoming phone answering service that the staff doesn’t use to refer back civilians as you & I messages
Positive experience: Squire has helped manage my property in DC for over two years and they have done a great job so far and been responsive to my needs and tenant needs. Elizabeth provides great support and is available on email, phone and whatsapp on short notice. Thanks for the great service!
Fantastic experience: Had a seamless experience working with Liz to tour two rental units that were posted on marketplace. The tours were covid friendly, Liz was quick to get back to my list of questions for both units afterwards and super helpful through the whole process.
Fantastic experience: Liz in Squire LLC was very helpful, responsive and resourceful. She sent good tenant candidates, conducted thorough background checks, and recommended the most appropriate person to me.
Fantastic experience: Located a listing on FB marketplace, and from the get go Elizabeth was very responsive. I was able to self-tour the apt by the same afternoon. With the current pandemic, that was good for us, also it gave us time to really look around, visualize and discuss the unit. I had a great experience touring with them. Unfortunately, we needed a bit more space but the unit we toured ( A Street) was amazing!!! The pictures seemed too good to be true but they were AS DESCRIBED! Also, walking up to the building and in the foyer, you could tell that care is given to the property.
Fantastic experience: We are an HVAC company that has been working with Squire for over 6 months now. They are extremely responsive to their tenants needs and we would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience: Their leasing process is really impressive and they guide you through the entire process. They were very effective in finding great tenants for us.
Fantastic experience: My rental property in Kalorama has been managed by Squire for just under 6 months now. I’m typically not the type to leave Google reviews unless I have an excellent (or terrible) experience. However, my relationship with Squire since February has been exemplar. Not only have they responded to my tenants on a timely basis, but they’ve fixed any issue (i.e. a recent unexpected gas leak) in a professional manner and with great care. Squire has also gone above and beyond with respect to logistical measure such as my business license renewal/the inspection that came with it. Having one point of contact (Liz) has made it very simple whenever I reach out for anything and Liz has been overly communicative, something I’ve loved about working with a smaller property management company. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of Squire’s cut-and-dry fee structure and management procedures- it would be a mistake as an owner to not work with Squire.
Negative experience: These guys are an embarrassment. Our tenants said they never answered their phones or responded to maintenance requests and they took days to respond to us whenever we reached out. They took months to find us tenants also and couldn’t be bothered to actually show up to showings, instead telling prospective tenants they should just go and look at the place themselves. They also let our rental license and country lead certification registration laps, even though they promised to deal with those renewals, so I had to talk my way out of fines from the county. Having these guys as your property managers is about as effective as leaving the neighborhood squirrels in charge of the house…. Maybe they should call themselves Squirrel!
Negative experience: My experience with Squire started off well, to the point I was used as a reference, but as the years went by got increasingly worse. The latest manager on the account, Liz, was unprofessional, unresponsive, and said she was in communication with the tenant and myself when she wasn’t. When moving in a new tenant Squire did not have the paperwork needed for the condo, the tenant was surprised with a unit that was not cleaned, and she had several repair issues that were not addressed despite her multiple attempts to reach out. When terminating the contract due to performance I found Squire had not renewed my business rental license as expected and when trying to discuss their poor performance, I was told I wasn’t telling the truth. If myself or the tenant had received follow up communication, why would I continue to reach out via email, text, and phone asking for updates? It’s nonsensical. I have 8 rental properties and this has been the worse management company by far.
Fantastic experience: Great response times. Had a leaking pipe and they we're able to arrange for someone to come out on the same day. They took care of payment with the owner themselves so I didn't have to do anything. Very efficient. Im happy to have them as my property management company.
Fantastic experience: Our experience with Squire Property Mgmt has been flawless. They are professional above all else and still manage to be personally responsive to all requests. We do a lot of work in conjunction with them and we have had no major issues to speak of really. That being said I give 5 stars. It's not easy to come by good and responsive PM services. We know they care about their clients.
Fantastic experience: Used Square to manage a condo in DC. Responsive and knowledgeable team that kept the tenants (and me) happy.
Negative experience: I have been a tenant for over 3 years. I had no issues for the first 2.5 years. But now I can’t even talk to a professional personal at Squire. Elizabeth is a very rude and unresponsive person! I tried to speak to someone else but was informed that she is the only person I can talk with. Squire - please get rid of her! She’s hurting your business!
Negative experience: Squire managed my NW DC townhouse for over 2 years, during which time they became increasingly unresponsive to maintenance requests from tenant, and inquiries from me. In January 2020, tenant went over 2 weeks without hot water and was eventually put up in a hotel - at my expense. I never received my final month's rent, nor nearly $1000 Squire erroneously withheld in a previous month. I switched to Nest - far more responsive and professional. Don't be fooled by Squire's lower fee - you get precisely what you pay for.
Fantastic experience: We’ve had our condo in Logan circle under Squire DC’s management since the end of 2018. We are now in our second lease with another set of great tenants placed by Elizabeth, our assigned property manager. She’s quick to respond, minor and major repairs are handled right away, and with everything that changed for rentals in DC during the pandemic we have had no stress knowing Squire is handling everything. Our tenants seem to be happy as well. As landlords, we have high praises for the team at Squire and appreciate their emphasis on communication!
Negative experience: My husband and I went to view a property on 17th street NE Washington DC. We arrived on time and no one was there to show us the property. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before we tried to reach someone by phone but we got an automated message that told us that a person would be contacted to come show us the property. We waited for some type of response from a human being (text, email or phone call) no one reached out to us. We called back and the automated system told us that at this point we were late for our scheduled meeting and that the person showing the property had already left the property. We were there from the very beginning of our scheduled time and trust me no one ever came out. Eventually we left. We were frustrated because we couldn't actually speak to a live person and we felt like we most certainly wasted our time. What a shame because it seemed like a nice house from the outside but we just wanted to see what it looked like on the inside. Oh and once we made it back home we got an email asking if we wanted to fill out an application for the property that we never had a chance to view. Lol! Are you kidding me? Who ever actually owns this house should be notified about the poor job this company is doing with their property because at this rate they'll never get their property rented out.
Fantastic experience: Squire management were always professional and on time when I had any issues regarding our stay at the property! Always looked ways to resolve any problems we had! Fully recommended!
Fantastic experience: I’ve had Squire manage my property for the last year and a half. I have nothing but great things to say about their professionalism; from their swiftness in handling maintenance issues that arise with my tenants, to lease renewals and licensing, and even back to renting out my property originally - it’s been a breeze. Highly recommend.
Negative experience: Not responsive. Business might be closed? I received an automated email to get my end of year document for tax purposes. The link didn't work. So I emailed. No one responded. I emailed again, and again and again. Eventually I called. Guess who responded? No one. Still don't have documents I need for tax filing
Negative experience: Please read my long and detailed account of my horrendous experiences with Squire property management on Yelp. I will try to keep this review relatively brief. Their bookkeeping, is terrible. They don't stay on top of maintenance issues, but most importantly they are not responsive nor do they take ownership of the many mistakes they make. I honestly would advise owners and renters to stay far away from Squire.
Negative experience: When we first met with Squire, they talked a big game and made it seem like they could easily rent out our property in downtown DC and quoted us at a great price. We signed the contract and the problems started from that point on. We had to ask them if they received the signed contract, they said no, even though the docusign history shows we signed it the day they sent it. It took them 3 days on their end. No communication or updates on their end for 4 months, unless we personally reached out for updates. All of a sudden, it was "oh yeah someone had filled out an application". Mysteriously, there was always an issue with each applicant and the agreement would fall through. My hunch is Squire most likely never followed up or communicated properly with them. Seriously the biggest waste of time and money dealing with them. They are also liars because when we sent them an email to terminate our contract with them, we called Liz (the uncommunicative property manager) and told her to have the owner (Alex) give us a call. He never called us - no surprise there. When we followed up and called back a couple weeks later, he got rude and a yelling match ensued. He insisted that Liz did email us with instructions to get the keys (I asked him for a copy of this phantom email, no email was sent to me). They are liars, they are disrespectful and not worth anyone's time and money. I have copies of all emails and documents as proof.
Fantastic experience: I worked with Squire for my rental property and leased it for a much higher rate than I did on my own. Michael worked hard to get a great tenant for my difficult to rent property.
Fantastic experience: I spoke with the owner of the company who helped me navigate questions as I looked into property in DC and was very impressed. Their website also does a great job of addressing a list of fees that most first time investors are unaware can accompany a typical management contract. They have moved to the top of my list!
Fantastic experience: Signed on with Squire about a year ago. Service has been outstanding and extremely professional. I am frequently overseas for extended periods, and Squire has eliminated all the worry/stress of property management. My property is 100+ years old so requires some extra care...folks at Squire figured it out without needing an explanation. Exponentially better service and less expensive than the previous property management company I used. Real professionals. Highly recommend.
