Fantastic experience: Quick sale, cash buyer, high quality service overall. Neil did exactly what he said he would do, and very quickly. We had 2 cash offers, full price and over full price. Neil made it all easy. The process was remarkably simple. We were able to hande closing paperwork from my parents' new home out of state and it only took about 20 minutes to do that. Neil helped us understand the legal aspects and also the etiquette aspects of having 2 competing offers, one above askign price. He gave honest answers, and navigated some post-contract requests from the buyer by asking us how we wanted to handle those--and then managed those without any delays or issues. Negative experience: My experience with Neil Baccus was extremely negative. I arranged for him to tour my home and had people ready to assist him. He repeatedly delayed, and never actually arrived to view the property—despite having my team waiting for him. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful toward me as the homeowner and toward the individuals on-site who were prepared to help. He showed no interest in learning what the house offered or how it could benefit him or his clients. After 21 years working in real estate, I have never encountered someone so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with him.

I don't know of any other agent or person who could have gotten me through the recent sale of my property as well as he did. We worked with Neil over 10 years ago to sell a previous property and have always been extremely happy with his service and knowledge. Then, the nightmare began. The Buyer backed out of the deal to purchase our current home because our roof had been damaged during the installation of our solar panels. We were now stuck with this issue for any other Buyer and this could have ended our ability to sell the home at all without a huge expense of replacing the roof. Neil came to the rescue! He used the last Buyers inspection report and had us make any repairs that were listed on the report so we wouldn't have these issues during the next inspection.
