Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Amy! They were the absolute BEST team we could have asked for in selling our Wilmette home. Preparing for an out-of-state move and navigating everything in selling our home could have been incredibly stressful, but Dave and Amy made it all very manageable and gave me a sense of peace through it all. I met with them months in advance after being referred to them by a good friend who also sold their house in Wilmette. Dave and Amy guided me in every single step from the very beginning. They connected us with great contractors to completely renovate our master bathroom and gave advice with purging and bringing belongings to a storage unit. Fantastic experience: To say working with Dave was a pleasure, would be an understatement. Going to see houses with him was always a fun experience, Dave has extreme attention to detail, and always put forth his observations. Being first time home buyers, any and all input was needed, and greatly appreciated! Buying in the north shore on a limited budget isn't easy, and there were times it felt impossible, but Dave kept our spirits up and had the utmost confidence he would find something, it would just take time. Dave was extremely efficient and transparent when it came to making offers, he never made us feel like we had to offer outside of our comfort zone. Fantastic experience: Dave and Amy recently helped us both sell our current house, and buy our next one, and we couldn't have been happier with what they did for us, with both processes. Given how tight the local market has been recently, the process took over a year, and Dave and Amy were only supportive and patient the entire time. They never pushed us to do anything that they didn't think was in our best interest, even when they had chances to nudge us in a direction that would have been self-serving. On the contrary, there were a few times where they actively suggested taking approaches that made it less likely they would wrap up our processes and allow them to move on. Not only did they behave ethically, but they were also incredibly savvy about managing market dynamics (e.g., when to pounce on a buying opportunity, slow-play a listing, hold firm with an offer), and then with managing the marketing, selling, and negotiations of the house we ended up selling. Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Dave Chung to support our move to Evanston IL. Moving to a new city while living in another area (Boston MA) can be challenging but Dave went above and beyond to help us seek, evaluate, and eventually purchase our soon-to-be home. Virtual tours and FaceTimes replaced in-person visits to properties on offer. He guided us to other professionals who worked in concert with him to provide legal services and help us to get a mortgage. Our limited time in the Evanston area since the start of our search was managed professionally and, we think, helped him to hone in on the right properties on which to focus. Once we decided to make an offer, Dave helped us to understand the process, with specific details on buying property in Illinois, and to make the right offer. Not only did they take care of our home for a period of 5 months while we enjoyed the warm weather of Arizona they did everything possible to maintain and improve the condition and presentation to the extent the home was sold within 2 weeks of the offering and within 98% of the asking price. Fantastic experience: We worked with Dave and Amy for a recent home sale. They were OUTSTANDING! Super helpful and motivated and used advanced digital techniques to really push for a quick sale, inlcuding digital marketing through video, Facebook ads, and deep analytics. Fantastic experience: As one who is very critical of the real estate brokerage industry, I believe that Dave and Amy Chung are the only people are able to demonstrate the value of agency representation in the sale of a home. My gripe has always been that most brokers have never worked in a corporate environment like the clients they represent and so often fall short in terms of effort, dedication, communication, and accountability. Not so with Dave and Amy, who have both worked in the corporate arena and know firsthand about the importance of client service. When I first met them, they came in with a customized and concise marketing plan as well as a detailed analysis of what the value of my home was worth. They did not try “to buy” my listing as so many brokers will do since they have little downside in overlisting a home just to win the relationship. But there was also humility and respect in their approach. What really impressed me was after signing the broker-listing agreement, they both rolled up their sleeves and helped and advised us in getting the home ready for sale so as to squeeze every last potential dollar of value in our home. They even incorporate technology by using a drone to shoot video and photos of the property. The property sold in the first few days on the market and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the deal and the representation of Dave and Amy Chung. If you live in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not at the very least meeting with them and finding out how they differentiate themselves. David L.

Also, the tag-team approach meant that they were always available (literally). Amy has a great eye for staging and they were super helpful about having some staging items to fill a few needs in our home. They helped us prepare the house to hit the market and fix little things with a roster of their own help, and were regularly coming over during the day while we were at work to sit with various contractors. Our house sold for perhaps a little more than we were thinking, but certainly within the range. More importantly, it sold in three weeks.
