Fantastic experience: Lorie did a fantastic job selling our house. Her vast knowledge of the Dublin market contributed greatly to optimally pricing our home for a quick sale at a premium price. She is quick to respond if you have any questions and I really liked the assistance she provides for you to do your own “staging” at no cost. Fantastic experience: I *might* be slightly biased, but I highly recommend Lorie (or, as I call her, Mom) for all your real estate needs. She showed me many, many houses before I ultimately decided to build instead of buy. You might think building doesn't require a realtor, but allow me to disabuse you of that notion. There are approximately 1 million decisions involved in building a house, and a lot of them come at you in a very short window. Across just 2-3 sessions, you'll make 99% of them. I would have been completely overwhelmed without her. I had strong opinions on some aspects of the house and no opinion at all on others (or at least none _right now_), and Lorie helped with every single one. Whenever I got stuck, she had an answer: whether an upgrade was worth it, whether it was easy to add later, and how it would affect resale down the road. She steered me toward things that were cheap to include now but would cost a fortune to retrofit. I could not be happier. Many of Lorie's recommendations have become things I can't imagine living without. She was an excellent guide, and I ended up with a house that's perfect for me, one that should sell with no trouble when the time comes. I hope I'm many years away from needing a new house, but I sleep soundly knowing I made good decisions upfront with Lorie's help. And I know exactly who I'll call when I'm ready to sell.

Fantastic experience: We can’t recommend Lorie enough. She did an amazing job helping us navigate a very weird market while selling our condo and successfully purchasing a for-sale-by-owner home. She truly fought for us every step of the way. Lorie’s communication skills and empathy set her apart. Fantastic experience: As first time home buyers, we needed someone who was an expert but could also teach us as beginners along the way. Lorie did everything and more. In our situation, there were competing offers for the house we wanted. Lorie coached us through the negotiations/counter offer. We wouldn’t have won this house without Lorie, end of story. The sellers ended up accepting our offer over others (who offered more) because of her reputation in the area and how reliable she is to work with. I would have never thought that the difference between winning and losing a house could come down to the agent you are working with. Another benefit, for almost any service, she has a person she recommends. Pest control, lawn care, electricians, plumbers, handy men, etc. she knows a guy. She’s made strong relationships and worked with the same people so they are always good recommendations. If you’re buying or selling, it’s got to be with Lorie!

Positive experience: We sold our home through Lorie. She was very nice, however we felt like an afterthought throughout the process. At first, the recommended list price was well over what our expectations. With that, we proceeded to drop the price of the home multiple times to gain viewings and eventually an offer well below the original asking price. Majority of the showings and open houses were ran by other realtors in her group. We lived with it, the house sold and we moved on. 1 year later, the buyers finally reached me about packages, mail, and other questions regarding the home. The buyers explained that they attempted to reach Lorie and her team multiple times to connect with me, and they were completely ignored. I understand once the home is sold, commissions are paid. But, I really hope that for the sake of reputation and good business that this would at least be handled more professionally. I typically will not leave reviews, however this is exactly how we found Lorie at Keller Williams.

Negative experience: Not a very good start to house hunting with you guys. You know its obvious when you press ignore on the phone, right? In response to the owner: You asking me to take this down is absurd. It was a long time ago now but if I remember correctly you came through the line in an SUV with your business on the door when I worked at Arbys. I asked you to contact me about buying a house and you blew me off. First of all, don't blow me off, and second, don't have the nerve to call me a liar then ask me to remove my post. Maybe next time, if you're going to be a real estate agent, contact people when they want to buy a house. Common sense. Edit: Lori, I'm not taking my review down. To anyone who sees this please note how she denies everything, then demands I take down the review. The purpose of Google Reviews is to let other people know of the experience you had with a certain business. It would be dishonest to change my review because, this is actually what happened. What you should do is stop harassing me on Google Reviews, and learn from your mistake before I decide to take it to the Better Business Bureau. It was years ago but yet, I remember you in the Arby's drivethru on Riverside late at night. You had a sticker on the side of your SUV and I told you I was property hunting and you gave me a business card. I tried to call you a couple times and it rang a few times then voicemail as if you are pressing ignore. This is why I left a review, you don't come back, call me a liar, and demand I take it down. That is extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Lorie & Mike were honest. Kind. Genuine. Salt-of-the-earth type. Always forthright w/step-by-step plans to market, list, & sell my home, but never felt pressured to adhere to it. If I needed them to change direction, they did. They were dependable, and consistently responsive to any inquiry. If they didn't know an answer, they worked quickly to get one or provided an alternative solution. They were there whenever & where ever I needed them - showing me a home, or dropping off paint for the handyman to finish a project. Anything I asked was never an issue. Quite early one Sunday, I unwittingly locked myself out - and my dog. The ONLY spare was in the lock box. W/out hesitation, they got dressed. Came over. And let me back in! Not once, was I ever made to feel that I was an inconvenience. They provided meticulous customer service, and were simply delightful. I will use Lorie & Mike for any future real-estate need. And can confidently recommend them to anyone selling OR buying!

They were extremely responsive, helped us find our home on a very quick turn around, came to take pictures and videos every few weeks while our house was being built, acted as proxy at the design center while we weren’t in state, helped us nail down some work that needed to be done post purchase, and even helped us figure out some confusing things about our sale in Massachusetts. Houses in our neighborhood were sitting on the market for months prior to this. Our house sold in one day for almost asking price! Not only did they showcase and advertise our house in such a way that we were getting phone calls to show within minutes after posting but they helped us navigate through several difficult negotiations with our buyers.
