We visited between 15 and 20 houses. Connie listened to our comments during and upon completion of each visit. As we learned what we liked and didn’t like Connie applied the feedback until we found what we Consider “the perfect house”. Fantastic experience: We have worked with The Marsh Home Group for several transactions. Their team is very knowledgeable, kind, fun to work with and always keeping up with changes in the market and industry. They provide professional photography, listing graphics, social media updates, open house flyers and materials - even their yard signs are very professional and stand out from the rest. While searching for our new home we unfortunately had to put down our 13 year old Great Dane. Knowing how much he meant to us, their team sent a cookie bouquet sharing their condolences. Fantastic experience: My first experience working with Troy Marsh was over 10 years ago when I was graduating medical school and looking to buy my first home. I had no money and absolutely zero experience, so the process was very daunting. He went out of his way to explain how things worked, spending lots of extra time with me, and showed me many condos within my low price range. Clearly he wasn't going to get much commission off what I was looking to buy -- but he genuinely wanted to help, and make sure I understood the process. Over the coming years, my husband and I used his services multiple more times, including selling my husband's home during a difficult time in the market. He had listed the home with another agent several months prior, with no success. We ended up cutting ties with that agent and hiring Troy for help, and he gave us excellent advice - and honest feedback as to why the home had not sold yet. We made some adjustments to our strategy and within 3-4 days the home was in contract. Fantastic experience: We came into this market expecting the worst - a long and stressful process. That couldn’t be further from our actual experience thanks to Robert Richmond with the Marsh Home Group, as well as everyone else we came in contact with within that group. We have been astounded by how simple they made this process for us. Robert listened to our wish list and dug deeper to point out things we didn’t even know we might want in a home/location. Fantastic experience: After years of Troy politely and professionally checking in with me on whether I was ready to sell my home, his persistence paid off this past spring 2017. I was not quite ready to sell but knew 2017 was the year. After years of checking in with me I was unable to commit right away but Troy stayed patient and put no pressure on me to pick him over the few others I chose to speak to.
