Fantastic experience: First, let me start off by how I found Felicia as a real estate agent. My extended family had an awesome experience not only at selling their current home but also buying another home at the same time about 2 years ago....TALK ABOUT STRESS for my family or any family trying to do both. However, Felicia had a way to take all if not most of the stress away and did her due diligence to find them a home to buy at the same time. My family kept talking about her and their positive experience and to this day still has a connection with her. So I thought I would reach out to her to find my next home. The first time I talked and met with Felicia I felt like I knew her all my life. She is so down to earth, easy to talk with but also very professional and knowledgeable about Columbus and the surrounding areas. She listens to what you want and points you in the right direction! If you don't like that direction she will find another one. She finds what fits for you and your family on so many levels. Whether it is a certain school, area/sub division, finances etc, she will do her due diligence to find what your looking for and will help in anyway possible. Fantastic experience: Felicia is outstanding. As a family we had pretty high expectations and Felicia met and exceeded our expectations along the way. We looked for over a year and Felicia never once made us feel rushed to jump into anything. She always made herself available, as if we were a top priority at all times. She was sensitive to my family’s personal needs and wants; this earned my respect and loyalty on a go forward. When it came to negotiations she was bold and unrelenting on our behalf - making things happen you wouldn’t expect for a buyer in these conditions. We bought into her but more importantly, Felicia bought into us. She stuck with us over challenging times - over a year - until we landed in our first home. Along the way she became more than just our realtor; she’s a friend.
