Fantastic experience: Excellent realtors! We met Shelley and Gary at an Open House when we were still deciding on where we wanted to live. We were from out-of-state, and Shelley offered information and suggestions regarding other communities we might like, in addition to the one where we met. We sold our home faster than we anticipated and faster than comparable homes in the neighborhood. Since we had already purchased a new home in another state, selling our Sun City home quickly saved us a lot of money and hassle in completing the purchase of our new home. We got a fair offer a little over a week after it went to market. We interviewed a number of agents before selecting Shelley and Gary and they were the antithesis of some of the other agents. They did not try to pressure us to sign with them immediately, did not give us what we knew were unrealistic estimates of what the house would go for, and they were responsive to our calls both before and after we signed with them. When met with Shelley and Gary the first time, they were prepared with reasonable comps and were honest about both the advantages and disadvantages of our home as compared to some of the other properties up for sale at the same time. We felt very comfortable signing with them. Shelley gave us good advice on how to improve the look of the interior and had the names of good, reasonable contractors who helped us spruce up the exterior. With their influence, we got the contractors to come out and complete the work very quickly.
