During the short process, Michael answered every phone call, replied quickly to every email and was always available via text. Fantastic experience: Decided to sell our house. This was singly the scariest idea we ever had. What do we do? Where do we start? Well, step one was to find the best agent we could get and hopefully that would make the whole thing easier and safer. We interviewed Mike because he had sold a lot of houses in our town and many that were along the same line as ours. We knew very quickly that this was the man we wanted to put our faith into. He is very personable and straightforward. We sensed a balance of old enough to have experience yet young enough to know all the latest marketing tricks. He laid out his intended game plan and we were very impressed. We hired Mike on the spot and never looked back. He took the bull by the reigns and had our house listed in no time. We’d find out later that he priced our house perfectly. He sent a pro photographer to highlight what we had to offer. The photog even took drone shots from above the property. The listing looked so good we joked that we may want to buy the place LOL. Mike had appointments rolling in within a day… a LOT of appointments. By the first weekend we had multiple offers and accepted one that we were quite happy with. We went into contract and that’s where the lawyers take the bat, but Mike did not disappear. He helped with all details, constantly assuring us “If you need anything at all, just pick up the phone.” That attitude continued up to and even after the closing.
