Fantastic experience: We had an amazing vacation. 118 New Jersey Ave was an awesome house and a short walk to the beach. Had a couple minor glitches with the house and the owners and Kim from Barefoot Realty fixed them immediately. I highly recommend Barefoot Realty for a Point Pleasant trip, and this incredible house. Kids loved the pool and large deck. So close to everything, too. Just 3 short blocks to the beach and a couple more to the Jenkinson boardwalk action. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I received an email from a different realty agency whom I booked a week-long vacation home with at 9:00 am the morning of our trip with the news there was an emergency plumbing issue and the home would not be inhabitable for the week. Frantic, with two cars nearly fully packed with everything needed for our 4 and 1 year old boys, I called desperately around to local realtors to try help me find a replacement home for the week. Fantastic experience: We were so fortunate to come across Barefoot, Kim helped us in 2 different home searches and I recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. Real estate is such a personal and emotional experience, and having been through it a few times I have found the other agents I have been referred to are not willing to take the time and effort to develop a relationship and truly make a connection. That extra human touch is part of the DNA of a local, family-owned business.. we didn't have see 20+ houses, we had to see 4 of the "right" houses because they actually knew us. If you appreciate that as well, you can't go wrong with the people at Barefoot. Nothing against the larger firms in the area but there's no way they have more market knowledge and experience, especially in Point Pleasant. Other agents I worked with, at some point are over it and want to get you to close. I never had a real estate agent walk the attic and every other corner of the house alongside me and the home inspector. They just seemed to personally care more about helping us make the right decision, the least I could do was share my experience to help others find them!

Positive experience: Beware of renting 34 Parway Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The owner tries to keep your deposit based on lies. The truth did come out after I had pictures of the supposed damage. Kim worked with me to get my money returned.
