Fantastic experience: Review from James Wheeler: Real Property Management has been pretty good to deal with. I'm currently in a three year lease in my dream home and so far it's gone pretty smoothly!

Negative experience: **Not sure what happened but nobody is picking up or returning emails for the past week 8/23. My property is vacant and there have been no updates with property condition or relisting it. Going straight to voicemail.**

Fantastic experience: It is always such a comfort knowing that you have been treated fair and that you are in good hands when renting a property. You never know day to day what obstacles you may be dealing with and Real Property Management has been so awesome. I would also like to shout out Mary, specifically because she has been who we’ve dealt with most and I am just so grateful to have a rental company with someone who’s is responsive, calls and texts to verify work was completed and has awesome customer service skills… I’m happy and I’m grateful! I am a renter who treats homes well and I’m glad to know that this company does the same!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent service! Recently my tenant had a concern about a kitchen cabinet and a loose front doorknob; And it was handled amazingly fast by the team at RPM Dominion. They were able to find a vendor to resolve these issues in no time. Fast alerting and great communication throughout the entire process. Kudos to Mary from the team also who has been an MVP through and through.

Negative experience: Property manager Libby Does not do what she supposed to do you have plumbing issues and they will wait for over 24 hours for someone to come out I’ve been having problems with the air-conditioning and heating since I’ve been renting from them and this is when the temperature is 20 something degrees .They ignore your emails

Positive experience: My assigned property manager, Len, has been responsive to my requests, thus the 4-star rating. My recommendation for improving RPM's property management services include: 1) When a tenant eviction is in process, RPM should initiate status updates to the owner, regularly, as a matter of procedure, rather than the owner initiating email/phone call status updates. 2) When an owner declines a preventative maintenance service and it is documented in an email, RPM should ensure the owner is not charged for the service, resulting in a reduction to the owner's monthly disbursement; note that RPM will refund the erroneous charge, but it should not have occurred in the first place.

Fantastic experience: RPMHR have an amazing team of professionals! They always respond to emails and messages very quickly! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company. Just recently one of their inspectors (Tom) was at our house to assist with having the water turned on at the property. Tom worked tirelessly with the water company and determined why the water meter would run once it was turned on at the street. He went through the entire house looking for the leak and found that our old hot water isolation valve for the washing machine was leaking by! Without his hard work and effort it would not have been found so quickly. He was great! I highly recommend working with this company.
