Can not recall how I found her but I am glad that I did. She helped me buy my first house in Newport News back in 2002 while I was in stationed in Virginia. Negative experience: I rented a property for 5 years with Action Realty. In that time I was never late for a single payment. I kept the house maintained and in more than good condition. Action Realty decided to scam me by telling me the house was being liquidated by the investors to satisfy medical bills. I was told I had 90 days to get out. This left me in a very difficult situation. I had recently closed my business due to medical issues and I live on a very limited fixed income. I also at this time have very bad credit because of the income loss. (Despite this I was never late on rent) I learned that action realty never actually listed the property on the MLS and they moved in a new tenant shortly after I was evicted. I now live in a hotel because I can’t rent because of either bad credit or it’s too expensive. I hope that this review helps you decide on wether or not you will work with Action Realty.
