Negative experience: Have contacted them twice. The first time I got an email back asking for a good time to call me. I responded and never heard anything back. The 2nd time, I filled out the online form and have not gotten any type of reaponse. It's been a couple of weeks. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Terrible terrible people! I did not pay for a proper inspection bc I needed a home asap and didn't have the money to spare, it seems that's exactly what they were counting on. I have been in my house one week and I keep finding things!!! Both showers have no pressure or hot water with flimsy tub spouts. I have found 2 floor vents that have been covered over!!!! And one that is unusable (under the washer). TONS of soft spots in the floors, & the wiring in the attic is awful!! I have 3 switches that don't operate ANYTHING?!?!

But Heather and Rachel were so professional and prompt in answering all my questions no matter how many I asked and so patient and responsive during the entire process which took longer than expected no fault of any of us! Negative experience: Not impressed! Leigh called me after I visited their website. She started asking me questions that had nothing to do with my home and why I was looking to sell. I felt like I was talking to a sleazy used car salesman. From the start I could see from her tone that I was just another lead and not a person to her. Why I am selling is nobody’s business, now let’s talk about the house. She immediately gave me the impression that steadfast looks down on their customers like they are desperate or asking for something for free. My house is going to be sold, but not to them!!

He saved us more headaches than we can count!
