Fantastic experience: As a resident doctor moving into the Jackson area, I reached out to Ms. Katie Hale at the recommendation of a colleague in Tennessee. Rather than simply saying, "She's amazing!", I'll try to describe a bit of our great experience with Katie and her wonderful team. As highly independent and self-assured people by nature, my wife and I very much appreciated Katie's balance of availability and respect for our individualism. She listened to us, she heard us, she cared about us, she gave us space to talk, she answered our questions, she gave good recommendations and she went the extra mile in a thousand little details along the way to make us feel as comfortable and informed as possible. By time we were closing on a house, my wife and I felt as though we had made a true friend in Katie, and I am certain the next house-hunters who give her a call will ultimately feel exactly the same way.
