Fantastic experience: Unbelievable experience, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient and patient. Extremely pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Jennifer (in black and white) several times told us there was NO HOA for our proposed purchase. Again, her and the Closing Atty. and the lender as well as the County Clerk-Fred Birmingham ..all said the same thing (in black and white). They all lied. 3 wks after purchase we had the HOA knocking on the door wanting to impose rules and restrictions and fees. She cut off all communication w and bailed on us. They are all in on it in Jackson.

Should you need any extra help such as cleaning or an inspection to make sure you know what is going on with your property before you sell it, even having your lawn mowed the way that I needed since my father's passing. She made sure to get all of this done with people you could trust in your home. I have found all of them to be honest and their price is for the job. To be fair.
