Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have selected Kim Meyer as our Real Estate Agent. We first heard about her through one of her local mailers and had requested a quick appraisal of our home. After that we started following her monthly/quarterly postings of the "state of the market" in our area. We felt her information was timely and helpful. We contacted her early in 2025, to see if she would come to our home and review a list of projects and associated costs that we had put together. The intent of the projects was to increase the value of our home, and we wanted her opinion to see if the return on investment (ROI) was worth it. She agreed to come, and we spent about two hours walking around our home and reviewing the projects. She advised that some were good, and some were unnecessary, or not a good ROI. She also talked to us about a few things that were not on our list, as well as what her strategy would be for selling our home. There was no pressure on us to list with her, but she was eager to help us when we were ready. After she left, my wife and I discussed how the meeting with her went. We both agreed she very knowledgeable, professional, and confident, but we felt the most important thing she shared with us was the timing of our listing. That prompted us to get moving on the projects she advised would be worth the investment, get them completed as soon as possible, so we could hit the market with our listing and take advantage of a hot market. We called and told her we wanted to list with her and get the ball rolling. She immediately put together a detailed timeline of what needed to happen and started coordinating things like pre-listing inspections and staging. We followed her directions and things went like clockwork. A few things that were particularly appreciated was her always being available to answer any questions along the way and adding her own personal touches to the staging to really make the house show well+. She was flexible to adjust the schedule to allow for one of the projects that took a little longer than anticipated, but in the end, everything worked out as planned. Her strategy worked perfectly and from the initial listing to receiving offers, it only took one week, and we received multiple bids over the asking price. Through the years she has always kept in touch with our family so it was an easy choice to call on her expertise once again as we looked to buy and sell. We were dealing with a difficult timeline and Kim was amazing throughout the process and once again got the job done for us. Kim is delightful to work with and knows her stuff. We began the tentative process of looking for a home in December 2014, unsure of whether we would be able to find something we could afford in the competitive market. Kim essentially became part of our family immediately. She was absolutely there for us every single step of the way. She was always available via email, text, phone and in person when we needed her. She went above and beyond in several ways. Examples: -She had crayons and coloring books in her purse when my kids got fussy when we were looking at homes. -She had an incredible eye for remodel potential and would share her ideas when we were looking at homes. -She built relationships with every single person involved in our home purchase which made the process move fast when we were ready to make an offer and close our loan. -She updated us every step of the way. -She had a great network of people that she referred us to when we needed something and each of her referrals were professional and provided excellent services. -She diligently followed up on each question I had, even if it was silly, and was prompt with her responses. (I worried about how much sunshine the yard would get. She had the seller’s agent call the seller and find out if the yard gets sun.) -She listened to our priorities and kept each in mind when showing us homes. -She helped us close our loan 10 days early. -We could tell she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home for our family and she celebrated with us after each step forward. Our family really needed a driven, experienced, organized hand-holder type in our home buying process. Kim was all of these things for us. We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I never realized how important having a great realtor was until we met Kim. She did an exceptional job for us. We truly felt like our needs were a priority for her and she really made us feel like we were the only people she was working for. She was always proactive in communicating with us and was even willing to spend extra time consulting with us either in person or over the phone at odd hours and evenings. When you work with someone you want to have the feeling that they are the nucleus of their sphere of influence and we definitely felt that way with Kim. She frequently was able to get people around her to get things done on our behalf in ways that amazed us (even during the middle of a Seahawks playoff game!).
