Fantastic experience: My house originally sat on the market for 9 months with little showings. I decided to switch to Mitch and was impressed before I even signed the contract. He’s great at communicating & sends weekly reviews where you can see who’s viewing the listing, feedback, price comparisons, etc during the entire process. He’s great at negotiating and really looks out for your best interest. He’s always available to answer questions and it only took us 10 days to receive an offer- the week of christmas! There was a massive snow storm that could have seriously impacted our closing but the entire team worked tirelessly to make it happen by the deadline and both sellers and buyers walked away happy having had Mitch’s help and resources! When I did decide to sell, I contacted Mitch and even after a year having not spoken he remembered my information, quite unusual for someone in his profession to remember someone he just spoke to once, but that is who Mitch is. He is extremely professional and takes his commitment to his customers very seriously. Mitch during my entire selling process spoke with me every week with updates, multiple times during the week if necessary, I learned something every time I spoke with Mitch, information that I found myself sharing with others as well. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Gainforth Real Estate. The property we needed to sell was a challenging one, it had been owned by an elderly relative and was not in great shape. Mitch and his associate Christian carefully walked me through the process and were very attentive to my individual needs and questions I had along the way. Even though I am out of state, they involved me in the entire process of listing, showing, and selling the property, always giving their expert opinion but being respectful of my own questions and thoughts. I knew I could trust them to find a deal that was right for our family. Along with Christian Velasquez, Mitch and his team facilitated the sale of our home while we were remote and unable to be in Myrtle Beach. They visited the house, made photos, assisted to relocate existing tenants, and coordinated with a very thorough and demanding purchaser, all while we as owners were not available. Our closing was made very simple, again we could not be in Myrtle Beach on closing date, but Christian made accommodations to make this work for us, funds wired to our bank promptly. Fantastic experience: Mitch earned my business over a period of 5-6 years of consistent communications and insight that he provides via the web for interested potential MB buyers and sellers. I called him a couple of years ago just to tell him how much I appreciated the time and data he put into his videos updates and emails, letting him know that I would use him when the time was right to sale. I'm glad I did. Mitch was quick to respond, gave realistic selling values and never over-promised. He delivered a full-price buyer in short order. Christian is an amazing associate that also worked hard in the background - and his work was equally good. He screened out the low-ballers and - at my request - ensured the buyers understood that my price was firm and not to waste time playing the "used-car salesperson" game. He and Mitch also included contract language that saved me almost $2000 at closing, pushing that cost to the buyer. Communications was great. He recommended Scott Umstead as the closing attorney and their work was excellent as well. If I ever buy again in the MB area, I will head right back to Mitch's firm.

Fantastic experience: Our first contact with Mike Doody of Gainforth Real Estate was over 2 years ago in response to a request for more information on Zillow. Even though we were 1,000 miles away he spent time learning about our needs and wants. I made it clear at that time that we were not looking to buy in the near future but he still spent his time helping us find something that we ended up buying. Mike maintained contact throughout the 2+ years and was never pushy or disrespectful.
