She was super knowledgeable about our complex already and had a a photographer and videographer out fairly quickly. The place was listed and under contract within a week and we were. Fantastic experience: Alexandra was amazing for us as an out of town buyer! She went above and beyond to add value to the process. We were purchasing a new build and she attended multiple meetings on our behalf. She was willing to take photos, videos, and measurements for us. She is always positive and upbeat, but strong when needed to deal with a builder and past minutes obstacles. You will be thrilled if you have her represent you!

Negative experience: This realtor purchased a condo with a coworker as a flip project and the work that was done in this condo was done unprofessionally and unsafe ! No permits were ever pulled for any of the work that was done prior to my purchase in Aug 2023. I’m finding out now that the electrical wire going to HVAC is not the correct wire and could possibly burn down the building . There are also other issues with the HVAC that wasn’t done correctly. I’ve tried talking to Alex about this situation and other things that were never completed by her contractor. Now I have to put out thousands of dollars for negligence! The home inspector was referred by her so of course he turned a blind eye too ! Lesson learned ! Never use an inspector referred by the agent . That makes twice I’ve been burnt for using the Realtors inspector . Alex the reason you didn’t represent us in the sale was because you couldn’t represent yourself so you ask your colleague (HIM) Josh Gainey to represent us on your behalf ! Of course, we didn’t know an inspector in the area so you guys recommended EGA and I know the deal with realtors and Inspectors and a lesson learned . Btw Polar Air ( owner) has stepped up to do the right thing and fix the work his guys didn’t do correctly . FYI the owner of Polar Air also said he checked and no permits were ever pulled by you ( the contractors ) for this work done in this condo . Polar air ( owner ) says the subcontractors are under the umbrella of the contractor’s permit which was never requested . Also, that home warranty you realtors offer isn’t worth the paper it’s written on ! Those companies don’t cover anything !
