Fantastic experience: Brenden and his staff were extremely valuable in helping to sell my property. He was aggressive in his marketing techniques which resulted in a large number of showings. He was also very helpful with negotiations with the buyers on the sale. His office provided valuable assistance in preparing and handling of closing documents. I can highly reccomend Brenden Payne and his office for assisting in your real estate transactions.

Fantastic experience: I believe Brendon and his staff worked hard at showing the property and making recommendations. I have no reservations in referring business to him and Century 21.

Negative experience: UPDATE: It is now 3 1/2 weeks since we closed in our condo. We have secured SOME keys on our own and with the help of our agent. As of today we still have no building key or a mailbox key!! We live in Texas and it is a little difficult to secure keys living that far away. I guess Brendon and Carrie figure they got their money from the sale so they are done…way to go guys, hope you treat other clients better than you did us. Giving one star is being very generous! Only because giving a minus isn’t an option. I DO NOT recommend Brendon Payne or his assistant Carrie Amick with Century 21 The Harrelson Group! STAY AWAY!!! We just bought a condo they had listed. There are a host of things they did not handle with our agent. Listing only three of them here: 1) We closed on January 14th and we have yet to receive any keys from the seller. Our agent has made multiple requests to secure keys from Brendon and Carrie, which is their responsibility. Very unprofessional! 2) Because Brendon and Carrie did not supply a key to the outdoor closet our inspector was unable to inspect the hot water heater. We have since discovered the water heater is three years past its recommended replacement date for condo buildings. Something that SHOULD have been disclosed to us. 3) Brendon and Carrie were unhelpful in securing all documents related to the condo that we needed to close. Prohibiting us in accessing the condo after closing. Seller is located out of state and was required to manually sign closing documents. Had we received those in a timely manner, seller would have been able to sign ahead of closing allowing a clean close on closing day. The day before closing we requested an Early Occupancy and were denied by seller’s agent. On the same day we learned from the rental company handling this condo they had spoken with the seller and they were instructed to give us keys to access condo after closing. Leading us to believe Brendon and Carrie NEVER presented the Early Occupancy request to the seller!

Fantastic experience: We started working with Brendon three years ago when we moved to Georgia. We had received his information a year or two before and brought it with us when we moved. The move to Georgia was unexpected so we had a house and a lot to sell. We couldn’t float two households and we knew the house wouldn’t sell fast enough for us so we rented it out. We asked Brendon to sell the lot. Lots can be difficult to sell and we needed a specific but reasonable amount from the sale. He had it under contract within three weeks. His team was exceedingly helpful during the closing and making sure that went smoothly. We then started talking to him about the house. When do we sell? How does the market look now? What did he think we needed to do to get it sold? He was honest and not pushy. Our tenants kept wanting to extend and we were concerned about it hurting our chances to sell. Brendon was always upfront about the market...and had even told us we should continue to rent at one extension request given how the market looked. When we needed an objective third party to walk through the house to see the condition as we are no longer in the area he was more than willing to do it for us. It was finally time to sell. We couldn’t put it off further but were in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Selling houses is always risky...this just added to that. Brendon understood our position, knew our house well (the extra walk throughs helped) and gave great advice. We listed it at the price he recommended which still got us what we needed and it was under contract in three weeks after a ton of showings. When we got the offer he answered all of our questions about the offer and made us feel very comfortable with it. His team was once again great during the closing which went very smoothly. We could not ask for a better agent
