Faced with an unwanted change in my life, ( divorce) and not knowing what to do as a 55 year old man needing to buy a house alone for the first time in my life. Meeting Drew was a godsend. Selling our home to move out of state was a big stress but we knew we could count on Crystal to handle things without any issues despite some things not going as planned with the siding company we used. They failed to order supplies even after receiving signed contract and deposit. She jumped in quick to take action and ensure siding got completed before closing. Drew did the groundwork to ensure he knew the type of home we were looking for before we departed for St. Louis, and even better, set aside several days to drive us around and show us houses. He went above and beyond and not only showed us different homes, but introduced us to St. Louis city and its surrounding suburbs from the Central West End to Affton, Sunset Hills to St. Charles. After seeing about a dozen homes, we found the one we were after. Drew was able to guide us through the closing process as first time home buyers and helped get our offer accepted under asking price despite the hot market. The process was surprisingly quick at closing just under 30 days from the offer, and there were never any surprises. If I were buying a house again in the St. Louis Metro area, I would hope to work with the McGrath team again.
