Fantastic experience: Robin is best realtor i could have asked for. She really cares about what you want/need in a house and makes sure you get the best you can. I thought the process of buying a home(as a first time homebuyer) would be chaotic and stressful. It still was to an extent, but nowhere NEAR what it could have been without a realtor like Robin. I know that for a fact. She kept me calm throughout the process, but yet still made sure i got everything done on time. Also thanks to David Ames, who Robin suggested as my lender. Anytime i was stressing myself out or had a question about ANYTHING, i’d just talk to them and they always had a solution. If they don’t know anything right away, they will find the answer. I am forever grateful to be able to obtain my first home with Robin and David by my side.<3

Fantastic experience: Robin was our listing agent for our recent sale. She gave us excellent tips prior to listing and when it came time to list she gave us realistic expectations of what to expect. She powered this sale in a professional and dynamic fashion and exceeded our expectations in grand style. When it was time to close the sale, we had a tie up with an old refinance release form, but Robin worked her contacts tirelessly to clear up the problem for the title company just in time. Things could not have better. We also want to give a shout out to our buyer's agent, Greg Deffenbaugh. We felt an immediate comfort level when we met him some months ago, and when our search got serious, he guided us through the process flawlessly. Fantastic experience: Greg has been phenomenal with my home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and he's been extremely patient with answering questions. Greg and I have searched high and low for 2 years to find my perfect home. He showed nearly a dozen homes to me and sent numerous more through email. We've finally reached the end of our 2 year commit and are set to close on my first ever home!!! Greg went above and beyond to close this deal. He was always available for showings, text and emails. This was our first home so we had no idea what we were getting into and Casi walked us through the entire thing with ease. We felt no judgement or push from her when picking houses to view, and made us feel very very comfortable with everything. She and Robin answered every single question we had thrown their way, and completed everything we needed in a quick manor, making the whole process extremely smooth. On closing day, I also wanted to pop the big question to my girlfriend. Casi went above and beyond and even helped me with getting and setting up balloons, candles, and flowers in the house before we got the keys!
