Fantastic experience: This team of two was simply AMAZING during the "Adventure" of selling my home of 35 years! I met them at their annual gathering, celebrating past and current clients, and immediately knew I would utilize their expertise in trying to get the maximum for my property. They came to my house and presented a two-hour, detailed, number-based analysis of my potential and explained the reasons why I should list my home for a certain price. The followup was amazing! They scheduled staging, a "Nosey Neighborhood" Open House and agent visitation prior to my actual market Open House/Showing. Fantastic experience: Tami and Lonny are the best realtor team. They went above and beyond in the best ways, consistently. So they of course did a great job helping us in the selling process. All their recommendations were on point and helped with that process. The true hero story here is what they did the day we moved out of the home. We had arguably the WORST moving day I've ever heard of. I'm not here to bash that company or get into details but what I will say is they showed up on moving day, bought us food and helped us stay grounded while chaos ensued beyond measure. I mean they literally just showed up to see how it was going, found out quickly how bad it was, offered us our favorite Indian food for comfort. Tami went on a walk w me so I could get a breather while Lonny stayed to keep an eye on the shady moving company. Then when we got back from our walk, they took us to the back of the house and did a grounding exercise with us because of the high stress we were under. Further, we had to move very suddenly so all the minutia that needed m to happen in St. Louis with the house while it was on the market was completed by them while we were taking care of my dying FIL in Kansas City. I couldn't ask for a better pair of humans to treat us with dignity, respect and compassion while we were going through a very difficult time. 10/10 stars. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: this was the second time Jo and I have worked with Tami and Lonny. once a few years ago selling a home in Lake St. Louis and recently buying a home in O'Fallon. on both occasions they were the best. this last time we spent the better part of 3 months looking for that perfect home. ( I found out it doesn't exist). but we came darn close. We really relied on Lonny's expertise when it came to building construction and the condition of the houses we were looking at. ( oh boy there's some real junk for sale out there) . We've been in our home for 4 months now and couldn't be more pleased with the choice Tami and Lonny helped us make.

Last winter my 97 year old mother became ill, and we realized that she needed to move from St Louis to Colorado so my husband and I could take care of her.
