This is my second time purchasing a home, the first home I bought with a different (still wonderful) realtor, and this experience was even better. Before looking at houses she took the time to explain all of the steps of the process to us in an easy to understand way. When looking at houses she gave us her honest opinion on things we wouldn't have thought of on our own. She truly looked out for our best interest and was invested in helping us find our home rather than just making a quick sale. Once we found our home, the rest of the process was seamless. I kept saying "how is this so easy" because Amanda just took care of everything. She kept us informed, was attentive and available to answer any questions, and closed the deal quickly and efficiently. She has great connections for inspections, lenders, insurance, you name it.
