Elevate Real Estate: GINGER MATNEY

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her staff went above our expectations when purchasing a home with our daughter’s family. We had a lot of boxes to be checked such as finding a home that had potential for an ADU. The sale of a townhome and to figure out financing across two families. She has a great work ethic and connections to keep things moving!

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her team are amazing! I will be recommending her to anyone considering buying a house in the Denver area. They go above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as can be. As someone who bought from out of town I could rely on them to ensure inspections and final walk through were completed with being stress free and that they were done right. Ginger took the time to walk us through the contract.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and the Elevate team were amazing to work with. They sold our home and had a very specific set of criteria to find our new home. Ginger and her team delivered! We couldn't be happier. The entire process - they were there from closing our sale to purchasing our dream property. You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate.

Fantastic experience: Melani Hensley was my real Estate agent and she did lots of research around neighborhood where I'm purchasing the property and she made a folder for me to look. From beginning to end she answered all my questions. I'm very happy that she was my agent.

Fantastic experience: Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Elevate Real Estate before and didn't hesitate to contact them again to help us sell another property we owned. Elevate's team had a professional photographer take great photos and flyers for the listing and had our condo posted in less than a week. Highly recommend you consider using them for your future real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Real Estate team has walked with us over the space of about 4 years to locate a house. They helped us through making 4 offers, working with us remotely to “see” the homes and make the offers. They helped us 4th offer was accepted and they were incredible at helping us through the process of writing and adjusting the purchase details, home inspection, and recommending contractors to do work we wanted done before move in. They made sure that all of the required actions got done timely to enable a successful closing. AND since the closing they are still making themselves available (since we live out of state) to help us get work done that is needed before move in. I cannot say enough about the level of competence and professionalism they have shown and how valuable the depth of experience they have has been to our home buying process.

Fantastic experience: Melani was so great to work with! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and organized. She took on tasks and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly!! Super impressed.

Fantastic experience: Melani and her whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From buying to selling, they were always quick to respond, handled any bumps in the road smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. Even after closing, they connected us with trusted pros to help with home projects—huge plus! We’d work with Melani again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. She is the most caring, thoughtful agent who made sure the job was done right and I was protected from anything that I didn't see.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and Melanie is an amazing team! They went above and beyond with every issue that arose and made it a smooth transition! Their experience, compassion, and due-diligence made them the perfect duo for the job! Great realtor's in the Colorado area!

The team is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and has been the reason we have personally gotten 2 houses (the seller's agent even told us so). You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate for your personal or rental property needs.

Their experience with the real estate market helped us put together a compelling offer that was ultimately accepted! You don't just get great realtors, either! They have a network of excellent handymen and technicians that gave us honest and fair assessments of the state of our house. When it comes time to move again, I'll be sure to call Ginger and Melanie first!

Fantastic experience: Ginger, Melani and everyone they work with are amazing. They’re kind, honest and patient. They were there with us every step of the way and helped us through everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor.

Fantastic experience: I enthusiastically recommend Elevate Real Estate for their exceptional flexibility, unwavering availability, and invaluable assistance throughout the home purchase process. Ginger and Melanie went above and beyond in guiding a first-time home buyer through a highly competitive market, offering extensive knowledge on pricing, available options, closing procedures, and every step in between. Their positivity and friendliness throughout made the entire experience remarkably positive and stress-free.

Fantastic experience: Melani and Ginger were recommended to us by a friend, and we have not regretted this decision to retain them as our realtors. We placed our home on the market just as interest rates started to go up and the housing market started to cool. Melani and Ginger were tireless in their efforts to keep our house on the front burner, they provided excellent advice and when things did not happen as fast as we would have liked, they were right there with sound encouragement. We would recommend Melani, Ginger, and their team at Elevate Real Estate for anyone’s real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: In choosing a Realtor, it was very important to me to work with someone who was very available. Since I was doing a 1031 exchange, time was limited. This expectation was certainly met. The group works as a team and were knowledgable, attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her crew were OUTSTANDING! They had so much patience with me looking through some 80+ houses and my changing requirements. All of them made it come together and found us the house we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Melani is amazing! As a first time homeowner the buying process was very intimidating. Melani made the process so smooth and stress free. She is amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. I found the perfect home and thanks to Melani's hard work we had an accepted offer the same day the home went on the market. The realtor on the other side made a comment about how lucky I was to have her and I couldn't agree more! I will always recommend her to anyone that asks and will definitely come to her with any real estate needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: Words can not describe how amazing Ginger and whole team are. We were moving from out of state so everything was a bit more complicated but Ginger made the whole process extremely smooth and gave us much needed insight and advice. Ever months after our closing, Ginger has been in contact with us often and connected us with many other contacts to help with our remodel.

Fantastic experience: Melani, Ginger, Amber, and the rest of the Elevate Real Estate team were a pleasure to work with when purchasing my first home!

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and concerned about beginning the home buying process in such a crazy market. Luckily, I was recommended to reach out to Ginger and her team to help me through the process, and that was the best recommendation I've ever received. Ginger, Mel, and the rest of the Elevate team were some of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate people I've ever had the joy of working with. They never hesitated to answer questions or concerns I had about the process, and their impressive knowledge of the market and the home buying process assured me I was in extremely capable hands. Working with Elevate was one of the best choices I've made, and I know I can and will always turn to them for any future home buying or selling I plan on doing. I cannot recommend them enough, they are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her team are exceptional. They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Being a first time home buyer is scary, but Ginger and her team made it a smooth and easy process. They spent many days and hours showing us multiple homes until we found the perfect one. Many realtors disappear as soon as you close, but not Ginger. We had many issues after closing with our builder and Ginger spent much of her personal time advocating for us to make sure things were done properly. We cannot thank Ginger and her team enough for all their help in making this first home owner buying experience smooth and easy. We will always recommend Ginger and her team, and we look forward to working with them in the future! Thank you Ginger! David & Edith

She's always willing to answer any questions about your home and has a great list of professionals to help with any needs you might have. I know I can trust each of them. I've sent many people to Ginger over the years and every single one now counts her a friend. You won't regret working with Ginger Matney at Elevate Real Estate.

Fantastic experience: Amazing realtor!

Fantastic experience: I do not know about selling a home, but Ginger and her staff do! From our first meeting to signing Ginger and her staff were there for me and my dozen or so questions and concerns. I cannot speak highly enough of this team of professionals, except to say “Contact Ginger now!

Fantastic experience: They were very coriteous, conscientious and honest l will use them again if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Ginger is an exceptional person. I have experience both professionally and personally. I have worked for Ginger professionally as a contractor and she has always treated me exceptionally and been an amazing client. Personally my wife and I have used Ginger twice for real estate deals. Both times she fought for us in both buying and selling and always stood right beside us. I wouldn’t use anyone else. She deserves 6 stars if they could be given.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team, got our house prepped, on the market and sold on an impossible timeline. Answered my questions , took the weight of my concerns and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Love these ladies...

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I had the great fortune to work with the Elevate Real Estate team and it was the best decision I could have made for such an important decision! The entire team worked with me to help me through the process and make it easy, convenient, and comfortable for me. I wouldn't recommend any other team when it comes to buying, or selling, a home! They were recommended to me by others who have had the same great experience! If I could, I would give a 6 star review!!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Elevate Real Estate is amazing. My husband and I had questions about selling our house. Ginger came out in person and answered them. She was knowledgeable and kind. I also referred Ginger to a friend and she did an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her team are extremely responsive and professional. Ginger helped us find our house in the middle of crazy housing market. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She hasn’t stopped after we bought our house 5 years ago. If I have a question or need a referral, she responds the same day, usually within minutes.

Fantastic experience: Ginger professionalism is what stands out as one of her best qualities. We almost needed to move and she went above and beyond to get us ready. In the end, we didn’t move and she wasn’t frustrated that it didn’t happen. We have used her professional recommendations (sprinkler, carpet, lender) on numerous occasions and always been pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable , caring, and so easy to work with. We do appreciate Ginger’s expertise and great attitude.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her team are reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. We've bought and sold 4 properties with Ginger and referred countless friends and family members who were all just as satisfied. Not only is Ginger second to none, her resources and connections are invaluable. Working with Ginger Marney and Elevate Real Estate gives you access to the hardest working realtor in town and a team to guide you well after you've settled in to your new home.

Fantastic experience: I had never had to use an agent before because I never sold or bought property . Ginger knew her stuff. We had a lot to deal with many times but she kept me focused and got the job done. I would most certainly use her and her company again.

Fantastic experience: I first met Ginger 6 years ago when I rented one of her properties. She helped me purchase my first and now second home. She was a wonderful landlady and a beyond amazing realtor. She’s always responsive, honest, and has gone above and beyond to help in what ever way possible. I recommend her 100% and you’d be selling yourself short by going to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used Ginger twice - once to list and sell a duplex for a great price and once to buy land in the mountains for my family - always impressed by her energy, knowledge, and ability to get things done. Will hire her again whenever I need real estate services in Colorado.

Fantastic experience: This is the best team in real estate.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and her team at Elevate Real Estate is by far the best in the business in the Denver Metro. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about the Colorado market, but they can actually make it easy and understandable to the common person. They always make time for you, answering questions and communicating quickly as well as getting you to houses you want to see when you want to see them. Selling your house is also a breeze with them. They are honest and straightforward, not hiding anything in the fine print so you know what you are getting. I wouldn’t go with any other realtor which is why we have sold two and bought two houses with them. I give them two thumbs up and a very high recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Not only is Ginger perhaps one of the most honest real estate agents I've ever met, she is also a tremendous value whether you are new to the investment real estate market, or an old salt. Through every step Ginger was patient, high value and full of integrity and advice. She also has a knack for making an overwhelming process simple by helping you focus on the most critical elements. But what really makes Ginger stand out is that besides being a fantastic person to work with through the purchase process, she is a tremendous resource for landlording as well. She is not just interested in helping you find the best possible investment, she is totally committed to making the landlording experience fantastic for both the new landlord and for their renters as well. I highly recommend Ginger for any real estate transactions, but especially if you are looking to find the right investment property.

Fantastic experience: We have used Ginger and Pam for our first house and now for our second house! They are great they listen to what you want and help you find it. If there is something wrong with anything house or paperwork they catch it or tell you about it they dont hide stuff from you just to make the sale they really care about their customers!! If we move again they will be the first ones we call!!! Thanks
