He was patient in looking at multiple properties until we found exactly what we were looking for; he paid attention after each property visit to what was important to my husband and me and adjusted accordingly. Fantastic experience: Carson really went above and beyond to help us buy our first house! We were living in Connecticut and traveling a lot during the process, so Carson went to every property we asked and gave great videos of the houses and neighborhoods around the house. Carson helped us put an offer together while in St. Martin, and another offer that we ended up closing on while in Lebanon! We will definitely be using Carson again.

Will went above and beyond the call of duty with meeting the home and septic inspectors since we could not be present, and did his best to assist in communicating and resolving any oddball issues that came up. We walked the property and he said call if we wanted to list with him. We did and sold in 3 weeks. He was always available for questions, even on vacation. Very thorough.

When I decided to purchase my first home, it was only natural that I utilize Tyler as my agent as he had already proven himself to be a dependable and honest person to work with. Fantastic experience: To be honest, my knowledge of Tyler is not primarily through real estate interactions, but rather, from personal training he has provided to me over the last 5 or so years to help me stay healthy in retirement. In that time of working 1 to 1 on a frequent basis I’ve come to know him very well and observed him as he first became a realtor and then worked successfully in that profession.
