Negative experience: Out of nowhere I started receiving emails from this company. Each one does not have an unsubscribe button. How is this still happening in 2026? And let me save you the trouble of responding with "we've never done business with anyone named" me. You're right. We haven't. But you're still sending me an email a day that I can't unsubscribe from!

Positive experience: Good experience overall. We did receive a text weeks after closing asking if we were still interested in purchasing. We also didn’t receive any type of closing gift that other agent offices have always given as a thanks for choosing them. Lastly, a final walk thru that was scheduled also wasn’t completed prior to closing so we had to scramble to get in the home and ask the attorney’s office to hold off on submitting closing documents. Tyler’s team gets the job done but don’t expect any personal touches.
