Fantastic experience: I am writing this review having just closed on a house in Old Bridge New Jersey. I can not explan what a game changer it was to have found the Lacerda Team and what they brought to the table in regards to buying my first home. They were extremely courteous, prompt with responses, knowledgably of all facets of real estate, and overall more than I could have ever asked for. 3 key factors in my mind separate them from other Real Estate teams: 1. Organization - All steps in the process were well organzized whether it was from looking for homes, communication between other parties, and getting everything finalized for closing. I felt very comfortable at all times with what was going on and what we had to complete in order to close on time(which we did) 2. Family-like experience - Once again through all steps of the process I felt like they had our best interests, interacted very personably, and didn't treat me like another customer they were trying to push through system. 3. Knowledge of the area - They were extremely knowledgeable on what I believe to be New Jersey as a whole. We were looking at houses in multiple counties, and for all locations they provided us with great insider information with how they compare to the rest of the county. Additionally they provided insight on the school systems, benefits/negatives of each specific house location, and overall what the area could provide for my future. The last point I would like to make is a special shout out to Joseph Lacerda. He was the primary POC for us and helped us stay confident and find our dream home in what was a very tough market.
