Case in point: we had a hiccup with the city’s occupancy inspection a few days before closing, and Morgan was fully on it, even driving 25 minutes to hand deliver a crucial form to the city late on a Friday afternoon. Fantastic experience: Buying a home is stressful. Morgan did everything he could to alleviate that stress. He was patient and good natured. He knew the town and the individual neighborhoods. He listened to me and what was important to me in a house and only showed me what met my requirements. When I did find "the one" in Highland Park, Morgan did everything he could to make the process smooth and easy. I have recommended him to friends starting the home buying process. What's more stressful than buying a home? Selling a loved one's home after their death. Morgan once again stepped up and helped my family sell my dad's home in Saddle Brook (Bergen County, NJ). He handled so many of the details of selling for us including what we had to do when certain services were still in our father's name. He timed the open house to optimize the current market. When it came time to make the decision on the buyer, he had all the offers organized in a way that made sense and helped us make a final decision.
