Fantastic experience: Jackie was a pleasure to work with an absolute professional. She guided us through the whole process and the other professionals she worked with ( lawyers and mortgage ) were absolutely amazing to work with as well. If you want to buy or sell your property she would be my absolute first call.

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews, but in Jacki's case I had to make an exception. Jacki is one in a million - Knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. When we first met she told me (a recent widow who had lived in our home for 60 years) that she could sell my home in a weekend, but wouldn't list it until I told her that I'd fallen in love with a new place. That happened within a month, and it took only 2 days to get my home on the market. And we did have a buyer within the week. There followed many unexpected twists and turns - it turned out not to be an easy go, and ultimately it was necessary to relist and find another buyer. This was a very stressful process - and Jacki and her team were there with me every single step of the way. Ultimately, my home sold for more than I thought it would, and I was able to purchase a new townhome and begin the next chapter of my life. The BEST decision I made was selecting Jacki to be my realtor. On a scale of one to ten, I rate she and her team a fifty.

Positive experience: Amazing homes and land with good deals

Fantastic experience: Jacki went above and beyond to help us find our first home! Any questions we had (which was a lot) she helped answer and was always very knowledgeable. We learned a lot in the process from Jacki and I couldn’t have selected a better relator! Thank you again Jacki for all your help!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a month since we closed the door and said goodbye to our beloved 40 Brookside Terrace. We loved our home for almost 30 years. Raised our 3 children. So many cherished memories with family and friends! Our home served us well, but we needed to start a new chapter. We decided to sell our home. We interviewed Realtors and were extremely impressed with Jacqueline Venezio REALTOR from Weichert. Jacki was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She guided us each step of the way! She shared valuable insights to enhance our beautiful home even more, highlighting its unique features. She categorized our home as Luxury Collection. Professional photographer took photos and videos of our home. Masterfully done!! Signed the contract and the realtor sign was posted at our home. That day had a call from an interested buyer for an appointment the next day. Appointment with the first interested buyer resulted in an offer of our asking price the following day. We kept our other appointments but by the end of the week we were signing the contract to sell our home with the first interested buyer. This was the most seamless process ever! Jacki kept us informed throughout the closing process and she sent us an extremely generous house warming gift! Thank you is not grand enough to express how grateful we are to Jacki!
