Fantastic experience: Recently, we contracted with Alliance Residential Real Estate in Salt Lake City. We mostly interacted with Yvonne, although Ashley also helped some! Yvonne exceeded our expectations by far! We were selling my husband's mother's condo from a distance, so everything was handled via e-mail or text. Yvonne always answered our questions and kept us updated on where we were in the process. She set the price right and did the upgrades that were necessary to expedite the sale without breaking the bank! Fantastic experience: Ashley was amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge of the Salt Lake real estate market was impressive and instilled confidence in what is normally a much more stressful endeavor! She took us on a tour of the different neighborhoods within Salt Lake so that as out of towners we were able to get a sense of the pros/cons/idiosyncrasies of the different areas. She helped us compare different loan options and find the best rate. We flew in for a weekend and she showed us over 20 homes in order to find our perfect fit. She knew how to write a competitive offer (there were multiple offers on the house we purchased) and win! Once the house was purchased, she was there every step of the way as we went through our inspection and helped us further negotiate with the sellers and find a contractor to fix a minor flaw in the house. She clearly had our best interest in mind and was extremely attentive, diligent, and professional. Could not have asked for a better agent!

Fantastic experience: I feel so fortunate that we picked Ashley to be our realtor! We were moving from out of state and had a lot of complex scheduling needs trying to buy a home from across the country, but Ashley made the process seamless. Before even looking at a home Ashley gave us a tour of all the Salt Lake neighborhoods, market trends, and pros and cons of how different neighborhoods would work with our life plans and work locations. She accurately predicted when more homes would come up on the market and picked the perfect week for us to fly out, look at homes, and find our dream house! Throughout the whole process Ashley was incredibly communicative and promptly responded to texts, emails, and calls, keeping us updated on new homes in the area and contract/loan processes that needed our attention. Ashley even interviewed realtors in our home state and found an amazing selling agent whom she coordinated with to help us sell our old home before moving to Utah. When it came time to find a house Ashley was on it. She picked a number of homes for us to look at and educated us on what to look for when buying a home in Salt Lake City. The home we ended up buying wasn’t even available to show but Ashley coordinated with the selling agent and got us in early. She then coached us through the negotiations and helped us get our home at a great price with necessary repairs handled by the sellers before move in. Once all was said and done and the home was purchased, Ashley made sure we were taken care of with moving services, contractors to make changes we were interested in, and getting settled into the neighborhood. I cannot recommend Ashley enough and I would choose her a thousand times over to be my realtor!

Fantastic experience: There’s a million things I could say about Ashley (all good things of course). When selling our home, Ashley made my husband and I feel at ease. Ashley knew exactly what to do for everything and I was impressed! For example, for our open house she brought refreshments, and copies of a beautifully created sheet with highlights of our home for buyers to take home with them. Fantastic experience: Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her: 1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions. 2) Listened to my preferences! I didn’t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. Fantastic experience: It's easy to get lost in a sea of reviews that may or may not have been written by the agent or business. So, I'll try to leave out all the extra fluff. Ashley has helped me both buy and sell a home over the years so I'm basically a real estate mogul at this point. Plus, I've even connected with other agents so I have some idea of how personalities can affect the ability of your agent to focus on what's best for you. The reality is that Ashley is smart as heck and completely dedicated to her job. She communicates well and incredibly efficient at tailoring her practice to your needs. Negative experience: I contacted this business ten days ago using the contact option on their website. I explained what I was looking for, my prequalification and my time frame very plainly. I have heard absolutely NOTHING back. I chose them because they did have great reviews that sounded like they really worked hard to help find a new home.
