Fantastic experience: Tonja is truly exceptional! As a realtor, certainly, and even more so as a human, which is the things that most comes through when you work with or interact with her. She genuinely cares, and she is so genuine! We had such a perfect experience with her when we built our first home. We hit bumps in the road and she navigated us through them. She advocated for us with upgrades and options. She was creative in helping us solve problems as they arose. Honestly, that was years ago, but she fees more like a friend than a professional (though she is that). We have called upon her for home/mortgage related matters and questions even when we weren’t selling or buying, and she was happy to make herself available and was helpful. She communicates regularly and provides annual opportunities to gather and greet her in a customer appreciation night. We feel remembered, cared about, and valued as customers. Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Tonja and her team. Tonja helped me sell my childhood home after my parents passed away. She brought a lot of calm to the process and was extremely patient with me. I was completely overwhelmed at the time as I had a home to empty, was recovering from two major surgeries, trying to care for my husband who was going through some serious health challenges, while also trying to fulfill my duties as a trustee of the estate. She assisted us in locating a rental home while we moved from Vegas to SLC - which she does not get commission from. Fantastic experience: Tonja was our agent when we purchased back in 2006 and when we sold just recently. Both transactions went very smoothly and I couldn't give a higher recommendation for her. She was quite thorough in explaining all the steps in the process and always timely in responses to any questions. I was extremely impressed when we sold this year in her ability to set a proper price for our house. The market price should have been $330k. Tonja felt we should list it at $325k and explained that she wanted to get as many views as possible in the first few weeks to stimulate interest. She was confident that we would not only get bids at the market price, but above it as well. She ended up having 6 showings in the first few days and we ended up selling for $340k! Needless to say, we were quite pleased and thankful to have such a well versed and pleasant real estate agent to work with.
