Together we would find homes that met our criteria and Rob would walk through the homes and drive through the neighborhoods videotaping them then send us the videos. This was beyond helpful since we had one day in GA to look at the homes we were most interested in. The home we really wanted was in probate and had an offer on it. Rob contacted the other realtor and expressed our interest in the home. When that offer fell through and the realtor contacted Rob, he worked his magic and got us the home of our dreams.
