Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic brokerage! They don't push any sales volume goals, but instead emphasize client care. Training is plentiful and superb! Skill and knowledge is highly supported and encouraged. The brokers are easily available to answer questions.

Negative experience: Will not ever list my home or buy with any individual associated with this business. As a customer I feel mistreated and little concerned. All I can say is they are untrustworthy and untruthful. Very unprofessional treatment when it came to closing the transaction.

Beyond advocating for me on both the sale and purchase of a home, her best asset was the ability to calm me down when things weren't going as I expected. She provided excellent advice, and I felt confident in making the best decisions, which ultimately worked out perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I would love to work with her again in the future. However, I hope not to have to, as she found us a wonderful house for our family to grow in for years to come.

Thanks to her keen eye, we had stunning images that attracted buyers immediately. To our amazement, our house sold within days of hitting the market! She skillfully managed inquiries, acting as a fantastic buffer while we juggled preparations for our cross-country move up North with little ones in tow. Negative experience: Not sure about the brokerage as a whole, but the agent I worked with, Chris Hassler, is definitely not it. Went under contract on a listing he held for an investment property in Atlanta. Got my inspection scheduled shortly after binding. Upon inspection, termite damage and improper foundational repairs came up, so I called Chris to explain the findings and cancel the agreement. Shortly after, he called back and basically challenged my inspector's findings, and stated that my cancellation "wasn't warranted". Also claimed that I may have violated some Fair Housing laws by stating that I would have preferred the tenants not be there during inspection (which he actually texted me the day before to confirm that tenants would not be present and my inspectors would have undisturbed access to complete their inspection). Pretty unprofessional for a first time transaction. Wouldn't use again.

Fantastic experience: Shawna has been my realtor for the purchase and the sell of my home. She's very diligent, professional, honest, and prioritizes her clients' needs over anything else. With the demand and supply of homes on the market currently, it's a very stressful process to close. She makes the pain of that process a lot easier to consume by making recommendations, providing facts or resources that assist with digestion of the current market conditions, and she works in your best interest. I've always felt comfortable enough to express my emotions and my opinion without pushback from her. She's professional, efficient, reliable, and works very quickly. Thank you, Shawna!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to God for bringing Laura Brueggemann into my life journey. Laura was the realtor I could trust to assist me in selling my brother's home; he died from stage 4 esophageal cancer several months prior to selling. It was an emotional time for me. Laura was compassionate and respectful, like a friend. I met Laura a year earlier when I was searching for a home as I moved from Cincinnati, OH. She has been through a several life-changing events with me and I am grateful for her support. In association with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, Laura provided the guidance and assistance I needed, rolling up her own sleeves at times, to get the job done. For example, she made suggestions on how to make the slightly antiquated appearing home more presentable, reviewed the contract one-on-one with me and prepared the documents for my electronic approval (it was so convenient and easy), outlined a marketing plan, helped me prepare for the estate sale to remove my brother's belongings, and even taught me how to use Venmo. Her management of the process was professional... from explaining the document content, securing the photographer to take pictures that beautifully displayed the home as if it were a shoot in "Better Homes and Garden", at least I thought so, and maintained my confidence throughout the entire process with her ongoing honest and transparent communication during our initial discussions and transitions, the showings, negotiations, and closing. I can say with ease that Laura contributed to making it a painless process for me. Laura has provided me beyond 100% satisfaction in her service. I will recommend her to anyone who asks for a realtor contact, and of course, I will select her again for my own real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: Julie was wonderful from day one. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her help and guidance. She was invaluable every step of the way. We hope to purchase a home next year and we definitely will get Julie to assist us for that!! I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. She is truly a gem.

Fantastic experience: Beth & Mike are wonderful to work with! We have worked with them to buy (twice) and sell and we couldn't ask for better agents! Their experience and expertise in real estate are especially beneficial during the stressful process of home buying. First time home buyers will love them as they take the time to explain everything you need to know. We knew we would be taken care of with Beth & Mike. They make themselves readily available for texts, calls, or emails from start to finish during the process. We can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: We were in the market searching for a new home for a year. Disappointment was becoming very familiar. 3 Agents later we called the winning team. Within a week or so of working with Rolo and Cody Lee we had our dream home. If you works with these people you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Everyone please be aware, agent Luz Reagan has a side business, taking well qualified applicants $125 (application fee) and then denying them over anything, like speeding tickets from years ago. 308 Parkview was up for lease for weeks as agent Reagan collected thousands in application fees at $125 a pop,, which is double the amount that other agents charged in her office. We are contacting the realtor board to file a complaint. I got ripped off!

Fantastic experience: We were so happy with our realtor Melissa Hawkins after she helped us find our home when we moved to Georgia, that we called her to help us sell when we decided to move back to our home state. Melissa does a fantastic job of not making judgements about buyer/seller craziness. She was always calm and collective in both transactions. We were given her name by a relative who had moved to the Atlanta area before we did. We felt blessed to have her as our realtor and advocate. Please call and give her a chance. You won't be disappointed! Best realtor we have ever dealt with in all our moves. Professional, but friendly and easy to talk with, keeps you updated, and takes the stress off her clients.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Kendall was a fabulous agent. I never thought it would be so hard to find a house and the more frustrated I got, the more patience she had. Some how she kept finding homes to look at. She had excellent knowledge of the area, market conditions, and the entire process of trying to purchase a home in this very challenging environment. I love my new home and am very thankful for Mrs. Kendalls tireless hard work in connecting me and my new house. She is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Working with Gina was so wonderful and a breeze. She handled our transaction quickly and accurately, and really took the time to help us find the right place. At that point-in-time, our budget was super low. We looked at a literal 25 places. No complaints from Gina. Just help and good advice. I have known her personally for 20 something years now as well. I can tell you she is trustworthy, dependable and has a great personality. (Trust me; you want a realtor with a good personality!) She is a wonderful mother, friend and realtor.

Fantastic experience: Working with April Williams, with Atlanta Communities has been nothing short of an EXCEPTIONAL experience. As a first time home buyer, much to my dismay, I was not as educated or informed by HGTV as I thought I was. From the first home showing with April, I realized how much knowledge and passion she brings to each showing, and to her job in general. She made sure to spend time walking my husband and I around the yard explaining the siding types, gutter problems, landscape items to take note of, and drainage patterns. She really made sure we felt educated during each example she gave. Walking the inside of the home, she really made sure to change our perspective on the way we looked at each room. Making sure we didn't focus too much on what upgrades were or were not there, what damage, floor types, or any of the flashy items were or were not installed. She made sure above all else, to make sure as we walked each room, to picture our furniture in each space and envision how we would interact in that space. If we couldn't fit comfortably, the other items didn't matter, and we would swiftly move to the next house. It was actually mind blowing to go through this process. My husband and I were so often finding ourselves talking about how a bad realtor could really pressure someone into a bad purchase, and we were and continue to be SOOOOOOO thankful that we had April. She remembered as we looked through houses to pose questions about where the dog beds/crates would go, where would the furniture we have fit, and just remembered the little things that were important to us, and really made sure she was an advocate for us both...even if I was distracted by the fancy bathtub and wasn't paying attention to all of the other issues. April was also so incredibly knowledgeable about the inspection process. She helped me put together an awesome team to come out during the inspection days to really help educate and prepare me for the condition of the home before I was contractually committed to it. I mean I could go on and on about how April really was the realtor for the job! I would recommend her to every single person buying or selling their home. You seriously CANNOT go wrong with being represented by her! She will hands down be my realtor for life!

She was available to accommodate our schedules, as we were from out of town and could make only limited trips to look at properties. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the area, she always returned our texts and phone calls quickly. Communication was always quick and clear and responsive. She was very easy to work with and I highly recommend her. I will definitely contact her again if we need real estate services in the future.

Negative experience: Agent Mary Conrad I purchased a home in the Spraybery school district 2016 and I paid the most money for the home. Everyone in my subdivision paid 15k less for every home. I was not advised correctly. A house sold 30days after for 15k less again. Realtors are the professionals and should guide their clients. But all they get paid for is submitting paper work. The list price was inflated and I did my own negotiation (no guidance) and was advised I should pay my own closing cost since went 10k under list prIce. The list so completely inflated. I was completely on my own.. I will advise all home buyers to take a detail class not just watch YouTube. My buyer agent had worked with the seller agent in the past Bad idea! I paid more than any house in my area and now I'm stuck. Please do not use this company.
