Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Cory is the best! We were born and raised in Johnson City. The military and civilian work had us traveling for many years. So every time we think we are ready to settle down and maybe retire we alway come back to our hometown. That’s where Cory comes in. I have simply lost count of how many times I’ve used Cory in the past. Let me see if I can recount! During Covid, he helped us buy a condo sight unseen, and it was a great purchase. Then he sold that condo for us a couple years later. Sometime later we moved back to Johnson City and bought a for sale by owner home and he helped us sell that one too. Eventually we came back to Johnson City and he helped us buy a home sight unseen again. We were very satisfied with that purchase as well. We thought that would be our retirement home… but nope, so he helped us sell that one too. Who knows what we will do next, but if we make it back to East TN we would not even consider using another Realtor. We will always call Cory. We have used Bridge Pointe Real Estate for four different transactions and have no complaints. Our realtor Cory is easy going and not high pressured at all. Cory helped us buy two homes (sight unseen) and he has sold two homes for us as well. The first buy was during Covid and the second home we just recently purchased. I can tell you, we worked that man to death. We looked at so many homes when we were in town, but couldn’t find THE one. So over a four month period we watched the apps, and Cory went and viewed many properties for us using FaceTime. He never sugar coats anything. If he sees something that should be addressed, he points it out. His ultimate goal is to make sure you are pleased with your buying/selling experience. He’s a good one and so is Bridge Pointe Real Estate!

Fantastic experience: If you want an agent who actually works for you, Cory is your person. From day one, he brought real energy and real effort to the process. He wasn’t just checking boxes or waiting for things to happen. He was constantly out ahead of it, looking for angles, identifying things we could tighten up, and pushing us to put our best foot forward at every step. What stood out most was his hustle. There were moments where I honestly wasn’t sure things were going to come together, and Cory just kept moving. He didn’t slow down, didn’t go quiet, and didn’t give us watered-down updates just to keep us comfortable. He told us what we needed to hear and then went to work on it. He also had a sharp eye for improvement. Whether it was presentation, positioning, or timing, he consistently came back with ideas on how to make things better. That’s not something you always get. A lot of agents do the minimum. Cory treated it like it was his own deal on the line. I’d recommend him without hesitation. If you want someone who’s going to fight for you, stay on top of every detail, and not let anything slip through the cracks, call Cory.

Fantastic experience: We HIGHLY recommend Peter Burge to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Peter is an experienced and knowledgeable agent. He is also courteous and kindhearted, very pleasant to interact with. We very quickly grew close to Peter and looked forward to seeing him at each showing. Peter showed us our first home on July 18, 2025. We finally found our home in April of 2026 and closed on May 1, 2026. For 9 months Peter was so patient and helpful during our search. He showed us so many homes and advised us each step of the way. Being a few hours away from Greeneville, TN made it difficult to view houses we saw online. Peter would often go for us taking pictures or videos as needed. This helped us narrow the list of houses we saw in-person on our occasional weekend visits to Greeneville. He always made himself available and was an outstanding agent. We HIGHLY recommend Peter to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Recently I purchased my first house in Johnson City, it was a long process that was made infinitely more palatable by Peter Burge and the team at Bridge Pointe! They helped me find the right house for mand working with them and their partners I was able to complete the purchase with relative ease. Fantastic experience: The best first time home buying experience I could’ve asked for! Jason is the best, and I am so grateful that I got to work with him on purchasing my first home. He was very thoughtful and insightful; his communication was prompt, detailed, and kind; He walked me through every step of the process, and I never felt alone or that there were any dumb questions to be asked. I went into this process very nervous, and he went above and beyond to make it smooth and less stressful. Additionally, the referrals and contacts he works alongside were also great! Fantastic experience: Matthew went over and above in finding us exactly what we were looking for. . Matthew truly worked hard showing us several homes. He was knowledgeable and very professional during each showing. He always had the tools needed to answer every question.( flashlight, measuring tape, etc). He was not afraid to go up into the attic, or crawl on the ground to make sure what we were looking at. He is approachable and listens well. When we asked to see a property, he made it happen usually within a few hours. We couldn't be happier in our experience with Matthew.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! We met Jason Byington at an open house before we had enlisted the help of an agent. We were impressed with his warmth and friendliness, as well as his knowledge of both the Tri-Cities area and the real estate market. Once we determined to work with an agent for our home search, we didn't hesitate to contact Jason. He was very interested in our personal likes and dislikes, as well as some specific features we required in our new home. While he was searching on the MLS, we were searching on web-sites. He never discouraged us from looking on our own. Jason was very quick to line up a viewing whenever we called him. He was always early and waiting for us at the appointments, and had all the history of the property either at hand, or sent it to us promptly. Throughout all, we always felt he had our best interest in mind, and he never pressured us to make any decisions. Once we decided on a house, he walked us through the process and made everything run like clockwork. All of the affiliated players (inspectors, title company, etc) with whom he worked were equally efficient and friendly. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and we feel like we've made a new friend.

He did a great job explaining everything to me about how much to price my house, how much to expect when it sold and how long he thought it would take. I'm very satisfied with the job he preformed. He went above and beyond what most realtors would, he came to me in person because I have medical issues which keeps me from going out too often. Fantastic experience: Above and Beyond. Cory was polite and professional from the time I walked in the door. He was good at multitasking, while staying courteous to all. The entire transaction was virtually seamless, which is hard to accomplish with so many different personalities involved and a lot of money, but he did it. Fantastic experience: Cory Peters: Review and Rating. I chose Cory to sell my property due to dealing with him in the past. He had assisted me with some questions and concerns I had with my property. When I finally decided to sell my property, I went back to Cory. He was very professional and positive with his listing description, including the photos and drone video- both were excellent. In 8 days, we had 24 showings and 5 offers - including a full price cash offer. I couldn't be happier with process and outcome of my dealings with Cory.

Negative experience: EXHAUSTING! Cash buyer on a tight timeline We requested to see homes ( sone still not scheduled a week in later) Always an excuse! Could not get us in to see homes we chose One realtor kept telling us everything booked Always an excuse! Homes sell fast here 5 sold BEFORE we could even see them Very stressful exhausting experience! Still did not find a home to buy after weeks! Cory was good in the beginning but after a family emergency his replacement had ZERO motivation to sell or help knowing we were in a tight timeline to buy Then he had family issues and could not get viewing scheduled or shown We was expecting 10X We did not get it! #tenx #10X Slow moving group .. did not get buyers into see homes as quickly as other realtors if you need to buy fast this may not be your group Not sure if it’s not enough staff or a few low motivation agent but houses will be SOLD before they can get you in 9-25 Another bad experience we requested to see property on the listing No one called No one contacted We are starting to think they are discriminating against us! Not sure why Husband is military & law enforcement We ask to see a property was told the entire weekend was booked up!

We had very unique requirements and wishlists, which Tom was so helpful and patient to help us find what we were looking for. Fantastic experience: The folks at Bridge Point are exceptional, especially Cory Peters. Very responsive and accommodating. They worked with my schedule and were always available when I wanted to view a property and once I found what I wanted they made the contract and purchase process seem less. The other thing I was really impressed with is that Cory stayed in touch after the closing to ask how we were doing and how we liked the place we bought. Other realtors we have used in the past were never heard from again after the closing. Cory will work hard and find what you are looking for if it’s on the market, I highly recommend him and BP realty.
