Fantastic experience: Booth is an amazing guy, punctual, knowledgeable, cares about your home selling and not just because he gets commission. Got everything leading up to listing done efficiently and in a timely manner. Gave a good amount of heads up time when he was doing open houses, or when showings were scheduled. Checks in routinely rather then most realtors that disappear. I would definitely use him again without a doubt.

She was always responsive, patient, and willing to take the time to answer our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We genuinely felt like she had our best interests at heart every step of the way. Where Kathy really stood out was during an unexpected challenge on the financing side. We worked with a lender involved in the process, and unfortunately that experience became very difficult—culminating in a major change just 48 hours before closing that required us to pivot quickly and make last-minute decisions. Despite that, Kathy remained calm, proactive, and solution-oriented. She helped guide us through a stressful situation, kept everything moving forward, and ultimately made sure we got to the closing table. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Worst realtor experience I ever had was with this company. They were not my listing agent but the buyers agent. Myrika Madison was their agent and was awful to deal with. I would not list my property with them.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough nice things about Cody Tipton. He was a great agent to work with. He had my home under contract in 4 days! And drove 2.5hrs away with barely any notice to show me houses. 1 of which we closed on today! He was such a pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to anyone I know. If I need a realtor again he will definitely be my go to.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I had to sell our home quick. We hired Donna Lyon to help. The first person that she showed our home to was her son. The contract between us and Donna specifically states that she cannot bring family members to show the house to. She did not list our home as the present but used previous information from when my husband bought the house; the information was not correct (square footage, old pictures). This information came from the buyer's agent who actually took measurements. Since my husband and I had never sold a home before, we were counting on the expertise of Mrs. Lyon. As we ran out of money for the mortgage, she told other agents that we were out of time and to make any offer because we were at a point that we could not refuse. She was not open about the neighbors, which led to many offers being pulled (no one said anything negative). We lost so much on the sale of our home that we were not able to have enough to relocate. Our house appraised for $134,000, but sold for $116,500 (did not really fight for us there, another contractual agreement). On signing, Donna Lyons had more important things to do than to be with her clients. She did not have our best interest in heart, the first person she showed the home to was her son, and she did not try to help us with getting the best price. She also forged my name on a contract for the house because I was at work five minutes away (my husband is a witness). Thank You for not holding up your side of the contract. The fact that you have to call your clients liars speaks volumes about what type of company you really are.

Fantastic experience: Mike Moncier (our agent) did an excellent job helping us find a home in this insane seller's market. Tracey did perfect on the deal and ensured we came out on top in nearly every single way. Referred excellent home inspector, and were all around super professional & a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'd give them 6 stars if Google would let me!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time that we have used Mike Garber. He and Tracey are an amazing team! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and heart that they put into helping us buy our home. Please take my word for it... it pays to have a team on your side that knows the area and has ample experience to get you through the process. They made it happen. I can’t thank Mike and Tracey enough for all they have done for our family.

Fantastic experience: They all seem to work together as a team you make your experience easy. Finding a home suitable for our family was the hardest part, and the realtors kept in contact with us, and when we finally bought a home, they made it simple to sell our home. The closing process was simple and we were able to close quickly without too many headaches. Their fees are reasonable and their service is exceptional. Overall, 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Accidentally met Mike when viewing a house on a third party website. He seemed genuine and knowledgeable so we decided to stick with him. He was very accessible and was patient with us when viewing houses. I texted him at 8 on a Friday morning, we viewed a house at noon, and had an offer put in at 1:30. The house was competitive, and had Mike not been so accessible and ready to view houses with us, we would have missed out on the house. From there Tracey was awesome throughout the closing process. She stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was taken care of.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I just closed on our brand new home on Valentines Day! Tammy Coffey was the most amazing person to walk us through this process. She was so helpful with all of our millions of questions and made sure to explain everything! Tracey was also such a great help with this whole process! Not only did they constantly drop what they were doing to answer our questions, send us information, and show us homes, but they helped us navigate some extremely challenging complications that arose with our closing (due to no fault of theirs or our own) and still manage to get our contract closed on time. Tracey especially is the best person to have on your side when purchasing a home. She keeps all of the i's dotted and the t's crossed, at exactly the right time. Negative experience: While I can’t speak about the professionalism of other agents, I would highly recommend to avoid doing business with Toni Drumwright. After seeing a listing for rent on Facebook marketplace, I messaged her to inquire about it. She told me she was having an open showing the following Wednesday, so I told her we would be by then to view the house. The very next day, I received a notification that the listing had been taken down. After messaging her to see what was going on, she simply replied “it has been rented.” It’s a shame that a real estate agent could be so unprofessional, so do yourself a favor and look for another agent.

Negative experience: Kevin Stafford wanted to list our property. We explained that we wanted to try to sell it ourselves first and we actually ended up finding a buyer. He then went ahead and sent me this email. Stay away from Century 21 Heritage - if these are the kind of realtors they’re hiring, run.

Fantastic experience: Tracy Brackman and Laura Sample are the best every we arrived unannounced and with in two day Laura had found our dream home. I can't be happier with the assistance they gave us.

Negative experience: It should be 5 negative stars. I'm not a homebuyer, however I have parents which has resided in a rental property of one of your agent for many years. This agent has no heart and has treated and talked to my parents like common trash. My mother is handicapped and is totally paralyzed . She has had MS for over 40 years. I couldn't imagine ever treating anyone in such a manner. She informed my parents to be out by Tuesday , which is just several days. This may not be the place for this, but I can't sit back and say nothing. In the past 6 or 7 years, she has been to the house she rents no more than probably 5 times. She is negligent on her duties as a landlord. She never fixes anything and now all of a sudden she has all kinds of money to put on a roof, new siding and Windows and somehow can afford to drive an $80,000 dollar Lexus hybrid. Imagine that. I'm not gonna give any name right now but the bible says "be sure your sins will find you out". So as a Christian, I am praying that the Lord will deal with her heart and that she doesn't treat anyone else in such an inhuman way. But the Lord could return the favor in a much worse way. You have to be careful when you go against God's children. If this was your parents, you can't say you wouldn't be upset as well. Have a blessed day P.S. BUYERS: BE CAREFUL WHO YOU PUT YOUR TRUST IN WITH YOUR MONEY!!
