Negative experience: Horrible to say the least. You can't take her word for anything. Cathy gives realtor the bad name they often receive. Had a contract on property and she literally presented another offer after the fact knowing all parties agreed on terms of 15 day cash close. Cathy has zero moral values in respect to real estate or her word. Buyers and sellers beware.
