Fantastic experience: Crystal Newborn…. ABOVE & BEYOND are a major understatement for this realtor. First I would like to add that she deals in luxury real estate, and with her skill, understandably so. My tiny little condo was NOT luxury real estate. She handled my condo like if she were selling a multimillion dollar mansion. I had a sudden medical condition that would not allow me to climb that stairs. SHE had a damage to my drywall repaired! My god awful dark paint, SHE had repaired! They did a wonderful job so if you need any repairs I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her for whomever she used for that. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this realtor, but it’s all they would allow me to use.

Fantastic experience: This property is great! Great views and 15 steps from the pool and beach. The condo is amazing and is located right by the outlet mall so that was easy for shopping. RealJoy was really great about helping with whatever we needed . We needed a can opener and they delivered it! (One was broke in the condo). They answered any questions I had and had a very fast response time to an email. Only downfall is the condo does not have a tub just a standup shower which is pretty big but with a toddler it made bath time kinda hard and messy! Construction on the main highway is a headache but the views from the patio made it worth dealing with it! Overall I would definitely come back to this condo!!

Negative experience: Well to start, if I could give this company Zero Stars, I would! When you drive up from the outside the house is beautiful. Located right across from the beach. You know how they say you can't judge a book by its cover. Well this rental house is the perfect example. From the outside it is gorgeous. And then you walk inside of the house. When you first walk in there is a huge broken piece of wood tile on the floor where you could break your neck. The rug under the dining room table is filthy nasty. The sofa in the main living room had bugs in it, the curtains had bugs in it. The sofa was so stained when we looked under the cushions. One of them had like blood that looked as though they tried to wash off. There was mold in the house. The ceiling fan in the living room was broken and had mold on it. There was a roach hanging out of the ceiling that was dripping down roach juice (how gross is that!). That was just the 1st floor. The 2nd floor was supposed to been 3 bedrooms but they have put a bunk bed set into a closet and called it a bedroom. The bed linens were filthy and the mattresses were stained. For some reason the window was open on the second floor I'm not sure about that. I think maybe somebody wanted to come back in and hurt us I'm not sure. I really don't know why the window was open. There was junk in the closet like they just threw it in there to get it out of the way. The 3rd floor was so hot were sweating and about to faint. There was a Futon on the third floor that looked like someone had sex on it and left it. The whole house was very hot! When my sister called them to try to get another place for us they were so rude and disrespectful to her. After all the money she spent it was horrifying. She had invited me and another friend of hers and her children at her grandchild. One of my niece's is pregnant 7 months. She had a friend with her who is in remission of cancer. It was just simply horrifying to walk into a place that cost so much money and such a beautiful destination, vacation destination. Realjoy Properties should not be in the customer service business. We did not stay in the vacation home but they refuse to refund my sisters money. This stressed everyone out, especially my sister. Now, she had to run around a very popular vacation spot to find sleeping accommodations for 7 people. We had just driven over 10 hours to get to Destin. This management company is representing Destin, Florida and that is not good. Please do something about this company!
