Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of having Callan as our realtor. She was always pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable and professional during our home selection and purchase while we were still living in Europe. Callan is familiar with and knowledgeable in facilitating military personnel purchasing a house while located overseas. Callan walked through the houses we were interested in and emailed us several video recordings with her professional commentary on each of the houses. After selecting a house, Callan obtained the property plats and covenants, current insurance, tax and utility costs; and coordinated for all required and other home inspections. Prior to closing, Callan conducted a final walk through video recording with commentary showing the house was cleaned and that required repairs were completed properly, provided utility information to seamlessly transfer all utilities into our name, and helped us in getting the house fully insured. After the home purchase was finalized, Callan periodicly checked on the house and helped us in selecting a lawn service to care for the property in our absence. Callan is an exceptional realtor. Fantastic experience: Callan was amazing, do yourself a favor and contact her! A few months ago, we were searching for a realtor and saw Callan was highly recommended on a military spouse page. We reached out to her and she contacted us immediately to start working together. We asked many questions and mentioned the various things we were looking for in a house. We also weren’t sure where we wanted to buy because we had not moved to the area yet, and we knew we were buying sight unseen. She took the time to have some long conversations with us and helped point us in the right direction. She looked at a minimum of five houses for us, took videos of every detail in each house, and even took videos of the neighborhoods. She mentioned any possible red flags and was very honest about what she saw, which we really appreciated. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and she scheduled appointments quickly after we saw homes we liked. Callan was also key in the negotiation process with the sellers and their realtor, which ensured we were able to purchase the home we loved. The sellers wanted to close quickly, and she got the ball rolling fast with the mortgage broker for a seamless close. It is not easy buying a home without seeing it, but now that we are here, we are very grateful Callan gave excellent details and we purchased the home we did. She also went above and beyond making sure the home was ready prior to our arrival, even setting the A/C to a comfortable temperature.
