Negative experience: She will help sell you a lemon, then do nothing to help us. Told us to contact an attorney when her inspector missed the issues with the foundation. HVAC doesn't work as advertised, garage doors found not to work, there's issues with the plumbing the seller didn't disclose... and she mocked us by telling us she can't help and won't provide info on what to fix. She's unprofessional, and a liar.

Fantastic experience: Nawal is the best realtor state agent ever! When we started out searching for a house, she took us under her care and was always so honest about every property, we could see that was not about the commission she would get, but she really cared. We picked our home in day of going around seeing houses with her. She probably showed us about 7 houses in a day and, and didn’t care how late she would have to work to make sure we found something we liked. She knew we wanted to find a home fast enough. Nawal helped us every step on the way through all the buying process and helped us fix some issues. After a couple of months living in our dream home she became part of the family and making sure to always reach out and provide any help that is necessary. You won’t regret working with her.
