Fantastic experience: Mike is a first-rate realtor and someone who feels like family after the process and we hired him TWICE because of this! He is professional, has a great sense of humor, is easily accessible and incredibly helpful! I loved that I could speak freely in front of him. Fantastic experience: Michael is a great agent! Attentive, detail oriented, incredibly prompt, and genuinely cares about his clients! Michael was able to get our house sold in less than 48hrs after it having sat on the market for over a year with a different agent. He gave us the tools and the right strategy when it was time to re-list it. He was able to seal the deal from a hospital bed after knee replacement surgery even! Michael takes care of his clients, end of story.

Fantastic experience: Mike was amazing to work with. I found Mike via a referral from another client who raved about his support. I moved from out of state (Alaska) so lots of logistics to consider and Mike was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was very responsive, supportive, but not pushy at all. It took a bit for my house to sell, and he was patient but still attentive, checking in every now and again. When it was time to purchase, he immediately set up the showings I requested, was very helpful in the purchasing process, and worked with me and my schedule as I traveled to Minnesota. Fantastic experience: Mike is awesome! He was there every step of the way for me! He answered my calls and texts right away and was available to go check out houses whenever I needed him too, even last minute notices on a weekend. One of the houses I fell in love with, and I said to Mike “get me this house” and he did! There were multiple offers and I was not the highest, but today I am living in that house thanks to Mike! Fantastic experience: My wife and I met Michael at on open house we randomly stopped in at on a Sunday. We reached back out to him a couple months later when we decided to purchase our first house. Michael met with us for an initial meeting, and we discussed what we were looking for (price/location etc.). I would say within a couple days of that meeting we started looking at houses (this was early spring 2017). We have 2 young kids and Michael is fantastic at both being a realtor and understanding that people have jobs/lives/families. I don't honestly think he showed us more than maybe 1 or 2 houses that were above our price range and they were shown to us in the very beginning to give us an idea of where we were at for our price range. It did take about 4 months to find a house but that was because my wife was very specific in what she was looking for. I would and will use Michael again assuming he is still selling houses when we buy our next house. If you are looking for the absolute best in Realtors, then Michael is who you want to help you buy or sell your next house

Fantastic experience: Mike Walz is a terrific realtor. My wife and I were looking to downsize and move from the country, Watertown, MN, to a closer suburb. Mike was patient with us while we navigated looking for the perfect place, a 2 bedroom, wth an updated kitchen and a pole barn. After 3 months of looking we found exactly that a 2 bedroom house on a half acre with a 40x40 pole barn and 2 car attached garage in Andover. We listed our house with him in Watertown and it sold in 2 weeks. If you need a realtor who looks for what you desire in a home, Mike is you realtor.

We can be a little all over the place when looking properties but Mike never seemed annoyed with us. ;) He was always willing to show us properties that we were interested in and was honest when he thought it wouldn't be a good fit/profit. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin, everyone and their mother has a realtor they want to recommend you but Mike Walz is the realtor you want. He is professional, very knowledgeable in his field, prompt with his response time, and just all around great guy. Just a little bit of our experience, when we started our search for our home (which we love) the market was very competitive and as you can imagine we got out bid (if you haven't been out bid before on a house you like, I'll tell you it's very discouraging) but mike kept our spirits up and helped us push forward with our search by providing plenty of options that fit our criteria for our future home. Along with being a personable guy, our children loved going to showings with mike, he knows what to look for when house hunting from out dated windows to water damage in the basement, he really does have your best interest in mind. He is also very good at getting to know you and provides input as to if he thinks a house would be a good fit for you. Fantastic experience: My wife and I spent over a year looking for our first home in 2017-2018. The market was overwhelmingly fast and difficult for first time buyers. We worked with several different realtors during this stretch. Most were pushy and tried to pressure us to buy when we were not sure. Michael was the last realtor we had to find. He was incredibly patient, never pushed us to make decisions, was always available for questions, was always open to changes in our search parameters, always gave advice when asked, was very knowledgeable, and had a very pleasant personality. Michael also strives to maintain the relationship after the sale. He occasionally checks in with an email or text and lets me know I can always reach out with questions regarding the housing market. Michael is my go to for any real estate questions and I look forward to using him again if we move.

Fantastic experience: Michael is fantastic! When we met with him to initially talk about possibly selling he was so personable and laid back. At no time did I ever feel that he was pushy and leading us in a direction that we were not 100% comfortable with. From the selling perspective - When asking about what we needed to do to our house to make it "sellable" he said nothing. He didn't want us to put a lot of money into a home that the new owners would possibly just redo anyways. He was very clear about when we would be having someone into our home to look at it, and continued to follow up with us about how far along the process they were on their paperwork and if there was anything else we needed to do or sign. His communication during all points of this was impressive. From the buying perspective - We were very clear about what our budge was and he stuck to that. He found us homes that fit the exact criteria that we were looking for and didn't try to up-sell us into a home that we weren't comfortable in our budget. Again, Michael was not pushing us to settle for a home just to make a sale and truly wanted us to find our dream home to raise our daughters in.
