Fantastic experience: This was our 2nd time working with Arika and this time we bought and sold a house with her and we had another great experience. Arika and her team put in a ton of work into staging our previous house and hosting 4 OPEN HOUSES over the first weekend to help it sell quickly. She then helped us navigate the tough buying market to ultimately find a house my wife and I love! This was an incredibly stressful time for us and I don’t think we could have done it without Arika. She was always available to show houses (traveling from the northwest metro to the southeast metro to do so), answer questions, give updates, and bounce ideas off of. Fantastic experience: It’s been one year since our “For-Sale-By-Owner” home purchase, and we were reflecting on how amazing Arika was during the transaction as a first time home buyer.
