Negative experience: This was the listing agency for the house we purchased. After closing a few issues came up that we attempted to contact the seller through this agency. The agent refused to return any calls from my realtor. Very unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Richard Bandimere and his team were highly recommended by another agency because he has sold more homes in the area at the list price or above than others. He and his team did not rely on just listing the home but put in grass root efforts to promote it that included door knocking and open houses. We are currently in process of selling and have experienced issues related to the buyers that have postponed the closing.
