Negative experience: I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the recent notices I have received concerning minor issues at my property. While I am consistently receiving notifications for random, small matters, there are multiple houses throughout the neighborhood with major maintenance issues that remain unaddressed. It is disappointing that when these significant concerns are brought to your attention, the burden of proof and follow-up is placed on the residents rather than the management company. If FirstService Residential is going to be proactive in sending out violation letters, I expect the same level of diligence in patrolling the neighborhood and addressing the substantial issues that actually impact our community's standards when matters are resolved. I ask that you please fulfill your management obligations consistently and fairly for all properties. Regards,

FirstService Residential’s management team follows board direction, the Association’s governing documents, including the CC&Rs, as well as Board-adopted rules, regulations, and policies when handling compliance. The team applies these standards based on what’s observed during routine inspections and any verified reports that are received.
Please also note that compliance matters and violation correspondence involving individual properties are handled confidentially. As a result, while it may appear that certain issues are not being addressed, there are often active processes and communications taking place that cannot be publicly discussed.
We also take concerns about broader community upkeep seriously and make sure those items are shared with the appropriate parties for review and follow-up through the Association’s process.

Fantastic experience: I am the captain from Four Seasons Billiards Club. I have been actively involved with the billiards room for well over six years. The billiards room is a busy room, I currently have eight players on the team, with our practice two times a week, not to mention the residents that play in the room. With the help of Jon Payne our GM, and Mari Salazar Assistant GM, we were given a makeover in our Billiards Room. A table move, new felt, sticks, much needed chairs, and a modern score board,new paint and essential game rules on the wall. I would like to thank both Jon and Mari for the seamless transition in our room.

Negative experience: Terrible company can't even get through to them and they don't notify that the water is going to be shut off at the condos. I called the number no answer. Used automated system, hold my place in line , request call back nothing . Yet the "owner" responds the whole water to the entire complex was shut off and no notification from the HOA . Prices are sky high and amenities at gym (equipment is down ) for months . Gate barely works half the time . This is the company who runs the Madison reserves lol
We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to provide some context. The community recently experienced two emergency water shutdowns to complete urgent repairs. As soon as confirmation was received from the vendors, the Association emailed homeowners and posted updates on the community website, providing 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Because we don’t maintain tenant contact information, it’s the responsibility of homeowners to share these updates with their tenants. We always encourage homeowners to subscribe to Association emails to stay informed about important notices and community events.
The Board has also approved new gym equipment to replace older models, and the community gates continue to be serviced regularly. We’ll continue working to keep residents informed, and if you’d like to confirm that we have your correct email address, please feel free to contact me directly.

First off she was not the direct connect for my particular HOA (God, I wish she was) but after explaining my problem she was more than happy to help. She was highly professional, polite and informative, an absolute pleasure to talk to. I had to reach out to her a number of times and each time I was greeted with the same experience. She truly embodies what one looks for when seeking help with HOA issues. Sounds a little corny but I'll end on this note , H.O.A in her case stands for Help Out Attitude, Thx Lisa !

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a home and was feeling overwhelmed by the HOA process, especially with no prior experience and while managing multiple life changes, including working from home and a recent divorce. Brittany Bishop, the Facility Manager at FirstService Residential, was incredibly helpful. She guided me through every step, made the paperwork easy, and was always patient—even when I had to submit documents multiple times to get them right. When a contractor proceeded without obtaining the necessary approvals as he had promised, Brittany assisted me in resolving the issue smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness significantly reduced my stress during this transition. I can't thank her enough for making this experience so much easier!
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Betsy Hermosillo as the venue manager for my niece's graduation party, and I can't say enough good things about her. From the moment I arrived, Betsy was attentive and incredibly helpful. I had my two little kids with me, and juggling them along with the party preparations was quite a challenge. Betsy noticed I needed an extra hand and didn't hesitate to step in. She helped keep an eye on my kids until other family members arrived to assist. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.

Fantastic experience: So wonderful to work with. Betsy at Fairway Canyon was so helpful and pleasant when she helped us with renting the facility for a family memorial. The room was beautiful, as well as the rest of the building. She thoroughly walked us through everything we needed to know and do. We will absolutely use this facility again for future events.

Fantastic experience: I installed a security system at the office, and the ladies there were super nice and very accomodating to our intrusions. I also overheard some phone calls and conversations with some of the residents, and i gotta say i was impressed with how profesional and informative they were.

Fantastic experience: I recently reserved the Terramor Community Terrace Club's South Wing and Vista Deck for a family baby shower and cannot begin to praise how wonderful Rosanna Torres is! You certainly hired the perfect individual for this position as she is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly & likable. Having a representative with a congenial personality is so important to me as a resident when making that big decision as to reserve a venue or not. I also observed how meticulous she was as she did not miss a single detail! She made the entire process smooth, simple and actually enjoyable!

I was stressing over a warning I had received for something that was out of my control and they were so gracious and helped me to resolve it. Fantastic experience: I walked into the Lake House to inquire about the lake usage and Rachael Bill, Sahsha Garbutt and Kara Peters took the time to sit with me, and allowed me to ask any questions I needed . Fantastic experience: Betsy Hermosillo & Jose Orozco were very helpful in working with me to expedite my solar project application and getting it before the board, given I was in a time crunch. Couldn't have gone more smoothly or quickly!

Everytime I go in there she always has a smile on her face and has always made every experience there positive , I know , if I went to a different community I wouldn’t get the same amazing and positive experience she has given me . Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently went to the club house to check things out as we are possibly moving to the area soon. We typically don’t leave reviews but let me tell you that we couldn’t have had a better experience than what we had . We met Marla Deckard and instantly felt at ease and at home . She was a very sweet , informative and most of all professional . She answered all of our questions thoroughly and showed us around the facilities ..Great customer service is hard to find these days , Meeting with Marla was a joy and a positive experience and we just felt management needed to be aware .

Fantastic experience: The Parkhouse services and its staff Mario Lopez, Davonna Moore and Alyce Armendariz at shady trails are great. I have been going there for years with my daughter to hang out and have a cup of coffee or eat some snacks. Very professional and very good people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been an active person and ever since I’ve been from the fairway canyons area I’ve had the pleasure of going to its facility that is very well taken care of. I enjoy the pools during the summer and especially the gym all year round. The employees are wonderful. In particular, Antoinette Luna. She always has a great, loving, and welcoming attitude. She definitely makes you feel like you’re right at home with family.
