All County Community Property Management: Reviews
Negative experience: They use a booking system that requires a credit card as authorization. Then they charge your card $1200, reporting this company as fraudulent. They are preying on future renters on zillow how need housing and now are fighting a fraudulent purchase.
Fantastic experience: Mike was awesome. He did a great job on the AC.
Positive experience: I had an issue with major breakers (which were well over 40 years old) blowing out. The vendor was prompt and they were replaced by end of day. Thank you to the Property Management, the owner and the great vendor.
Negative experience: This management is completely useless. Customer service is pathetic. Not only is one employee in particular (Christine) very rude and unprofessional but she has no respect whatsoever with handling situations. She yells at her customers and speaks over them when trying to talk about certain issues completely disregards customer concern and perspective. This has been the WORST experience and I feel that she needs to be retrained because to behave in such a manner is unacceptable.
Fantastic experience: Want to say Juliana and the maintenance team is really on top of the work orders. The vendors that come out are friendly on time and efficient. Great homeowner and great team to work with. 5 star service. Recommend to rent with or have a property have them take care of you.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service call and attention to detail on job request.
Fantastic experience: The response was quick and well communicated. Problem fixed. All good now. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: The gentleman, Dalton, I believe was his name, who replaced the garage door opener was conscientious and did a great job! Thank you!
Fantastic experience: I have been renting with All County Property Management for 4 years now and have never had any complaints. When issues arise, they promptly adress issue with Property Meld.
Negative experience: The broker that is running this company is the worst. I was in the same townhome for 7 years. I noticed after a few years, they had all new staff and wanted to up my rent. I ask if that was really the homeowners intention because that didn't seem right. They told me they spoke to the homeowner and this is what he wanted to do. I went directly to the homeowner, and that was not his intention. I told the homeowner I'd pay $100 more for rent. I feel the broker became upset and generated a new lease and shortened the late fee so that I will have to pay 10% penalty if I don't pay the rent within one day, on the 1st. But then their portal didn't even have the option to pay the rent until the 1st. There was absolutely no reason to generate a new lease when an extension of the current lease was sufficient. This is how it was previously done. Shortening the late fee was egregious. I do not trust this broker at all.
Fantastic experience: We recently relocated, and I had never worked with this management company before. They were more than helpful and got us into the house quickly! They have followed up with any issues we may have and have quickly taken care of them!
Fantastic experience: The maintenance work used to be patch jobs and the maintenance worker would blame management and owners for not wanting to spend money. The new guy they got is great. Efficient and very detailed . Took care of our stuff even with water damage cleaned up the mess. Don’t lose this guy he’s awesome
Positive experience: Very quick with repair work orders. Very professional.
Fantastic experience: We had a burnt fuse in the circuit breaker which Criss the tech replaced it with a new and we also had a gate latch that was replaced with a new one. The tech did an awesome job with professionalism and patience.
Negative experience: I have lived at one of their properties for about 7 years, always tried working close with them. unfortunately the house is in poor condition, whenever we place tickets to fix the issues, they do small patch work and never come back to fix it. the cabinets are falling apart, literal chunks falling off due to the pipes coming apart once a month because they don't want to put the right parts that actually fit. I have screws falling from the ceiling because they came in to start a light renovation 1 year ago and never finished it. Not sure how else to get them to fix the problems or how to get out of my lease to move to a well maintained house. Any advice would be greatly appreciate. If any positive changes come from them I will update my post, don’t count on it tho. **Photos to come**
Fantastic experience: All County Community Property Management handles maintenance requests pretty efficiently and we appreciated it so much. Most importantly with the AC at scorching temperatures (100*). Thank you so much for your efficient service!!! -mjb
Negative experience: If we could give negative stars, we would. Do not rent from or trust this property management company with your property. They treat tenants like vermin, causing undue turnover. And they will not take care of your property. Their only goal is to extract money from tenants, whilst doing the least amount of work as possible to foster a relationship with them or maintain the property. They do not take into consideration the benefits of longtime, consistent, and responsible tenancy. We are a long time married couple with a family. We each have a credit score over 800, and paid our rent on time each month for 7 years. All County took over management of the house 5 1/2 years into our tenancy. Ultimately, we chose to leave the house because of All County's substandard performance and antagonistic treatment. They were consistently unresponsive to maintenance requests, and expected us to perform many of the tasks that fall under their purview. We were told to find our own contractors for repair issues, and required to use their technology platforms to report maintenance issues as well as perform extensive annual inspections of the house. And we were charged additional money every month, on top of rent, to use this (required!) technology and to do their work. All County staff was rude and dismissive to any concerns we had. Contractors were sent to our house without notice, and on more than one occasion, approached our children to engage them in discussions regarding the property or work to be performed. One contractor even took photos of the house with my son in the photos, without speaking to a single adult from the household. Some of the contractors even complained to us about All County's shoddy standards and poor communication. The final straws for us were living in the house for over 6 months with a broken window lock on a ground floor, street facing, window. The issue was reported, the work approved, and then just ignored for months. It was an unsafe situation for our family. And the topper was having the owner of a pest control company call and try to strong arm and bully us into having 5-7 days of extensive termite extermination and wood replacement done on the house on a date of their choosing. We are not unreasonable, and offered a different timeline and several alternative dates, as their proposed dates did not work for us. All County did not do their job of liaising with the contractor (despite being apprised of the situation), and the contractor kept calling and aggressively insisting his crew would be at the house on the date he unilaterally chose. We gave our notice at this point, after 7 years of tenancy. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business of any kind with All County Community Property Management. We left the same review on Yelp, and have contacted the BBB regarding our experience with this company as well. Yes, it was that bad.
Fantastic experience: We have been renting a home through All County Community Property Management for over three years and our experience has always been great!! Their staff is friendly and all repairs are completed quickly and the vendors they use are always competent and friendly.
Negative experience: Not even trying to help, once they get your application fee there phone is broken no answer , so disappointed
Fantastic experience: All County Property provides excellent customer service and care. They are fast in responding to any questions or repairs and go beyond expectations! We whole heartedly recommend them for rental needs and care.
Negative experience: This management company is horrible. They started off decent when we started renting a house they manage. In the last 3 to 4 years, their response time has gotten worse and worse, their willingness to fix issues has turned into telling us the problem is a "non-essential" item for almost everything, the communication from them is horrible to non-existent, and they have been closing tickets when issues have not been resolved even critical concerns. We have had multiple water leaks, from pipes and multiple spots in the roof and not a single inspection for damage. I would not recommend renting any place managed by this company.
Fantastic experience: Hands down All County Community takes care of its owners and their tenants. Always timely maintenance feedback and ensuring you understand what your tenant needs and that they are met and exceeded. Thanks for taking care of us over the last five years!
Fantastic experience: Everyone at All County is great! The are very helpful, caring and professional. When I have a problem or just a question, it is handled right away. I've dealt with other property managers and have not been as happy as I am with them!
Negative experience: First off I want to state how important good customer service is especially for a realty company. This company clearly disregards that part of business as this company has TERRIBLE customer service. Not only are the phone representatives rude, but it is hard to get anyone on the line to inquire about a property in the first place. Then when I finally was able to get ahold of someone, the woman on the line I think her name was Christine or whoever was working the morning shift on 4/6/23 had a very nasty attitude and expressed a tone that suggest she did not want to help or do her job respectfully. I simply called for more details regarding a property I was interested in and barely got any information just rude tone a nasty attitude and disrespect in the female representative insinuating I was illiterate. Such an awful experience, I will definitely not be conducting further business with this company.
Negative experience: First let me start by saying YUCK to this place. I wish I had read the reviews before allowing them to run my credit, the customer service was horrible and extremely unprofessional. There criteria for renting from them was a 600 fico my husband has a 710 but they denied us and then lied and said the property was not available the next day, it wasn't true bc a week later they sent us a code on Mt friends phone to go on a self guided tour of the same house..... There is something super shady about this company BE AWARE OF THIS ONE!!!
Fantastic experience: All County is great! I love the staff. They really try their hardest to work with people and keep everyone in the loop. I appreciate this rental company because they work hard especially through difficult times (ie. COVID). Such hard workers and good people. Great family owned business!
Negative experience: I wish 0 stars were an option. Customer service and professionalism are key. I had the displeasure of speaking with Mr. Gene on several occasions, that is when he responds to texts or emails. When engaged he acts as an adolescent. If you are an owner looking for a communicative professional do yourself a favor, and move on immediately. He will rent to anyone to get a home rented. He will jeopardize your asset (your home) and run your neighborhood down. You will be putting yourself at risk of legal matters. The beauty of reviews are that they reflect a consistent history of exceptional or unexceptional service. From the looks of this they are lucky to be in business.
Negative experience: I had the displeasure off dealing with Gene Foley. He has a very negligent manner, is sarcastic, and has some what of a split personality.
Fantastic experience: All County Community keeps me informed of any and all activity regarding my rental property. They are knowledgeable, courteous and return my phone calls/emails in a timely manner. I have been using ACCPM for more than a few years to manage my rental home and am completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them if you are in the field of needing prop management or are looking for a rental unit.
Negative experience: I haven’t even worked with them but I’m completely disappointed by the automated system. No one answers the phone, which is horrible customer service if your interested in renting a place. Also, HIGHLY suspicious if all your reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. Someone’s trying to work hard at countering the 1 stars, and all the 5 star ratings/reviews it sounds scripted.
Negative experience: Dishonest, Disorganized, Run for the hills. I stand firm with the other posters. They take your deposit take them to the BBB. Crooked is an understatement. It seems they are giving them selves 5 stars. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of "F" that speaks volumes. Had a professional steam clean the 15 year old carpets and they still refused to give deposit. Ask moving tenets to show house to complete strangers. Wait isn't that their job? Dishonest practices.Pay back $$$ you took from all the honest hard working people. Shame on you All County You are doing what they call double dipping from good tenets and good owners.
Negative experience: This guys are the worst in property managers . My previous tenants moved out a couple weeks ago and management hasn’t contacted me to get the house rent ready They have left me completely in the dark and when I tried calling them they told me everything was taken care of .. so what happenes when I go to the house to take look . My side door is busted open , trash cans are full outside my house there’s old furniture on the side of my house the house is a complete mess with left over trash , food in the fridge...etc . These guys didn’t bother to tell me about any of these problems .The whole point of doing business with a property management Is having peace of mind that your property is being taken care of !!! Property investors beware!!
Fantastic experience: One of the best property managers in the business.
Fantastic experience: Communication is efficient; everything is automated and requires very little of my time; price value ratio is great. I've worked with them for 5 years and love them.
Fantastic experience: The entire team at All County in Temecula including Gene and Kristene have gone above and beyond for my family when we were in a time of need. They’re attentive, considerate, positive and fair to both the property owner and tenants. I’m thankful for the timing of All County entering my life and cried tears of joy when Kristene informed us we had a house to move into. Several months later, we are still very pleased. As with all homes, we have had maintenance issues come up and All County is fast and attentive to fix the problem. I love the efficiency of the online portal. I’m highly recommend All county and their services!
Negative experience: Do not do business with this company... they are the worst.. they did not abide by there contracts.. then ripped me off..
Positive experience: Confirmed a showing for a house via text robot. Was given a lock box code.. there’s no lockbox. No phone number... bummer because the house was beautiful!
Fantastic experience: All county community has been very prompt with all of my requests, questions and concerns. All county community has made it easy to do business with them. I am very pleased with this property management company thus far.
Negative experience: First Look them up on BBB (F). I should have looked at the reviews before I used this company. I never had issues with my renters I had issues with the company. If you are a owner have them e-mail you everything you talk about on the phone. The staff is horrible when it comes to communicating. They charged my first renter for a garage door opener that they lost which was fine by me but they also charged me for the same remote!!! why the hell as the owner would I pay for a remote that belongs to me, that the renter lostThe shady part is that they didn't even tell us they just marked it in an invoice. that we didn't see until months later. didn't get money back from that. Davina and Senta are horrible secretaries they do not know how to pass information and never call you back. You have to call at least 5 times to get someone to call you back and if it is getting closer to closing time... WELL.... don't even bother. Jean the Owner/ Broker is a piece of work he will tell you what you want to here but will not do what he says he will do. We agreed over the phone to take the renters to small claims court and that he will represent us. Best part is that I wouldn't even have to show up since he works for us. At first he was all about taking them to court. He wanted to charge them for this and that all I wanted was my two months rent. So at the end of the conversation I told him I just wanted the two months rent. The next day myself and the renter get an e-mail with an invoice of the deposits and that I had the deposit. Attached to the email was a website on how to take tenants/renters to court. Basically since he didn't have the deposit and I wasn't going to take the renters for more money he sent us a letter saying that he doesn't represent us anymore and to figure it out ourselves. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The worst part was when I asked to do the walk through he said he doesn't do it with the owners because the are to picky!!! Well when you do a walk through you need electricity and water to make sure everything works. my renters where out of the house for two months no one lived there and there was no water or electricity. But on the Check list it said the dish washer was good the carpet was professionally cleaned. Dish washer was broke and the carpets and floors had dog hair all over it. The invoice of the carpet place was from a stationary store. DONT USE ALL COUNTY!! ALL THE FIVE STARS LOOKS LIKE FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Kristen Foley use to work for them. ***** stars
Fantastic experience: My first experience in dealing with a property management company was with All County, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only were they always available to help during the application process, but they were quick and efficient in getting us into our desired rental. The property was well maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly. We stayed at the property for two years with virtually no problems, and when the owner decided to sell All County paved the way for us to purchase our rental. I was duly impressed with the level of care and expertise Gene, Kristene, and all the employees at All County exhibited, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this management company.
Fantastic experience: Very responsive to repairs and professional. Good advocate for owners and renters.
Negative experience: This entire business is a scam. They will simply take your application fees and operate under the guise that they haven’t received the proper paperwork. When confronted, they will state that it is our fault for not submitting the application properly and ignore phone calls and emails alike.
Negative experience: All County® Community Property Management is one of the biggest SCAM artist I've ever dealt with. Owners & renters stay away. They will take all your money and give you BAD service.
Fantastic experience: Always courteous and prompt with services and responses. They also follow up quickly.
Fantastic experience: Everyone who works there is really nice and polite. We have been renting one of their properties for about 3 months and they have addressed any concerns/issue we have had in a timely and professional manner. When looking into renting the place we took initiative and went out to the rental office to apply. Yeah, there is a credit check fee but this is anywhere you rent. We applied and we approved within 2 hours. I read some of the other experiences and I am not saying they didn’t happen I just had the opposite experience. We are leasing for 18 months and are already considering asking for a longer lease when it is up we couldn’t be happier.
Negative experience: I went to a showing of one of their properties today on Breazy Meadows in Moreno Valley. There was no agent of the management company there, only the current renter was there and allowing people to view the home. This is soooo unprofessional!! The poor renter was opening her door to dozens of strangers. They were flooding in!!! Not to mention all of her stuff was still in the home!!! The home was so full of clutter you couldn’t even see details of the home, plus it was so dirty! And you expect me to pay the application fees for a home that is not in renting condition? How do I know what condition it will be in when I move in?? This home is being shown one month before the expected move in date and they are accepting applications until then and run them all at the same time and let the owner decide on who gets approved. This is a total scam! Honest companies will run one application at a time and if it passes approval they will stop accepting other applications. What happens to all of the applicants with great credit and income but we’re not chosen? They should at least get their fee back. There should be rules and regulations on this process because this only gives opportunity for serious discrimination! Although I loved the house and I have excellent credit and excellent renters history I cannot trust to rent from a company like this. You missed out on a great renter! If you can’t run your business professionally you will pay for it with bad renters. Owners beware.
Negative experience: This company is not for renters!! Jean the owner says he is franchised & credit checks are above his head/office. They just take your $45. & don’t give you all the info you need because Jean the owner says he doesn’t have to. So before you give your money to Divina Baker your credit score has to be higher than 650. She Took our $135 for (3) applications and We were denied within two hours. Also she and his staff are instructed to go through social media i.e. Facebook and check your information and who you are. Please do your homework first before using this company.
Negative experience: They only care about the owner, not the renters. The owner pays them so unfortunately if you get a slum landlord then you're on your own...
Negative experience: Went to view a home in Nuevo Ca I live in Hemet CA. Was told to call when I arrive to get a code for the lockbox. Gave me the wrong code, called back and was placed on a fifteen minutes hold, then was given another wrong code. I give up, it's too Hot!
Negative experience: Terrible. We were charged $1,004 out of our security deposit to repaint the walls and because we didn't pull weeds. We also had to pay for professional carpet cleaners and move out cleaners totaling almost $500 so they wouldn't take it out of our deposit. If you rent from them don't expect your deposit back.
Negative experience: Scam. Dont spend the 45 dollars for the "credit check" fee. I have fairly good credit and got denied for a house that i make 4x the monthly rent for. This is how they make their money, half of thr houses you apply for are already rented or not even for rent after looking into it more. Stay away at all costs
Fantastic experience: If you have a property in Temecula, Murrieta or surrounding areas, you must call this company! Great service, and your rental property will be in good hands!
Negative experience: If anything breaks or goes wrong on the property you are renting, be rest assured this company will do nothing for you. We rented a house from them with a pool, the pool maintenance included in the price of the rent. Our pool has been green for 3 months! We've been given the run around for the last several months in the hottest part of summer. They have shown complete and utter disregard and even blamed us for the pump not functioning properly. I've rented through many property management companies and urge you to STAY AWAY!
Fantastic experience: This company is fantastic! they respond promptly to every communication, in addition any assistance needed is met immediately! I highly recommend this management company and any property they manage!
