Fantastic experience: Jensen property management is by far the best property management company I have worked with. Their staff is very friendly and quick to respond to you. Ally and Michelle have both been a great help to my family for the two years we rented through them. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and are very customer service driven. Negative experience: DO NOT work with Michelle Ross. Luckily my landlord and I communicate directly because Michelle either doesn’t respond to our calls emails or text messages, responds with hostility and disrespect or blatantly lies (ie telling my landlord that I wouldn’t answer her calls but hadn’t called me and telling her that I left the house a wreck when I had it professionally cleaned so that she could hire overpriced cleaning to keep my deposit). I’ve never had to deal with someone that was so unnecessarily rude. I hope she finds a new profession that doesn’t involve working with people because she was absolutely awful to deal with.

Negative experience: Horrible Reality..They do not care about their tenants..I been renting from them for over 2 yrs. & I pay my rent every month on time, I keep up with my property, always pass inspection, Never had complaints. But i'm in a home that has constant water leaks, old pipes, old toilets that overflows, Black mold, Floors that are coming up and now gas leaks and I can't get Michelle to relocate us into a property that's safe for me and my children.. Im a single mother of 2 "not to mention a son with special needs here" With just Me working,My income.. If I could afford to move, I'd move.. Michelle has no compassion at all.. I've had excessive water bills, & I have proof from the water company that it is their fault and she refuses to help pay half of the water bills. When the toilets overflowed all over my floor she has never once tried to help clean the floors. I've had to buy a carpet cleaner and constantly clean my floors because I couldn't afford to keep having someone come out to clean my floors.. Then We had black mold in our home & even had to call the city.. They had to demolish a room, and they never relocated us while they demolished the room & cleaned it for over 3 weeks.. And all the electricity they used,,, I paid for it!! They just shut the room down and put a hazard sign on it. My daughter got sick from it.. They didn't care.. Do not rent from this company. They're nice to you in the beginning when they first get you in and then after that, they treat you like garbage....They just start ignoring you & dont care about whats going on with their properties. Im trying my best to get out of here,, but they know times are tough.. And it seems like they take advantage that..

Positive experience: Update November 2025: Unfortunately, attention to detail continues to not be their forte. Landlords should be sure to take their own pictures and document everything very well to have yourself covered for any issues that arise. They seem to have regular software issues where they lose pictures often and employee turnover issues which lead to a lack of organization and attention to detail. I really hope they can turn it around and provide a better and more trustworthy experience for their customers. Update July 2025: since the issues that we faced a few months ago with Jensen, things have seemed to turn around for the positive. We appreciate the additional effort and care that they have been putting forward in recent months. Original post: We’ve been with Jensen Property Management for two years, and while things started off smoothly when we provided our own tenant, our recent experience has been deeply disappointing. As we’ve worked to find a new tenant, we’ve encountered repeated missteps, including poor communication, lack of updates, and inadequate documentation. Most concerning is the absence of photos or detailed reports about issues with our property, leaving us feeling disconnected and uncertain about the future plan. It’s evident that Jensen doesn’t prioritize our property with the care and attention we expect from a professional management company. We’re open to revising this review if improvements are made to th situation, but as of now, our experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. Update March 2026 Response and service has improved which I appreciate. Looking forward to continued improvement in the service provided moving forward.

Negative experience: Beware of scammers! Julie who works with Michelle Ross and this company has received all of our information and payment for the application and then completing stopped communication with us. During the application process she was answering my calls and messages right away. She even called to verify if we would be applying and was very cooperative up front. Once all of our part was completed as she asked, she no longer answered any of our contact. The property has been listed over 60 days and she clearly does what’s needed to just get the application completed and then ignores the applicant thereafter. Collecting application fees and ignoring the applicant thereafter. Beware and protect your information from being given to this company.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Michelle and her team at Jensen Property Management. We have partnered to manage my property in Murrieta, California since 2023. Her team is responsive, and has answered my text and emails when I had questions or concerns on weekends and evenings. When there were challenges with tenants her team managed them with the professionalism that only comes from years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. I have recommended her to my military and veteran friends in the area and would recommend Jensen Property Management to you as well. You will not be disappointed!

Negative experience: This is the worst property management company. I stayed in a property 4 years. The real estate agent moved my property over to this management company two years ago. Because she was having problems with her current boss. And as a result of it being there for years, this management company took six hundred and fifty dollars of my security deposit to hose down the backyard.And to hose the garage. Do not trust them. And I left this house in pristine condition

Negative experience: Unprofessional and unresponsive application experience We recently applied for a rental through Jensen Property Management with Julie. At first, communication seemed fine — we submitted our application and all supporting documents as requested. However, after that point, it became almost impossible to reach her. She stopped replying to messages, and our application status wasn’t updated until we called the main office ourselves. Eventually, we were denied for “insufficient income,” even though our verified income clearly met the property’s stated requirement. When I politely asked for clarification and documentation (as is standard under the Fair Credit Reporting Act), I was blocked instead of receiving an explanation. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. I’d recommend future applicants go through someone else in the office or confirm income requirements in writing before applying.

Negative experience: I contacted Jensen to help with a property and tenant placement but I was reminded of a very bad experience I had with them years ago and had forgotten. The problem was that they had the key and the address for weeks, but only a day before they were supposed to show the property Michelle was telling us that there are weeds up front and that there are some pest issues that I need to take care of. How is that only the day before showing with no time, and weeks after they had the key and the address they decided to take a look at the property? And then they try to push you to make a contract with tenants with poor credit reports, and she was the one who actually did the screening. I asked what is the point of paying for credit check if they are not going to pay attention to the results? There was no answers to any of these questions. I am convinced the 4.5 stars that she has is mostly bogus. I would look elsewhere, even if it means paying a little more. A good example of you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: A relationship that started off strong, but due to lack of effort and care for the homeowner, has seemed to turned downward. Hoping to see more effort, attention to detail and care from the Jensen team all around so we can mend the relationship.

Fantastic experience: Well, I'm not good at leaving reviews, but we going to try this anyway. I hope this review helps out people who are uncertain. Michelle at Jensen property management company has been professional and courteous to my family and I. I appreciate the fact Michelle responses when I call or send emails. My family and I have only been with Jenson for 4 months now, but it feels as if we have found a home. Also it was an absolute nightmare trying to rent a house before i came across Jensen property management. Michelle at Jensen Property Management was very clear about the process to rent the house. And after providing all the correct paperwork it was an easy transaction signing the paperwork and moving in. I'm sure my family and I will make this house our home for a while. Again thank you Michelle and your team.

Negative experience: Jensen property management is demanding my account numbers on a form months after move-in, something that was not a prerequisite or outlined in my lease agreement. I am being harassed by Michelle Ross almost daily for this form. I pay my rent on time every month, take care of the home, I’m clean, and respectful of my neighbors but she could careless. She has suspended my ability to pay my rent on online to make it difficult for me to pay my rent. I am baffled by such an unprofessional company and don’t understand why a property manager would harass a tenant in this manner over a form 4 months after the fact! Additionally, Michelle attempted to bill me for a legitimate service request claiming it was unnecessary. I found this to be a retaliation tactic because I challenged her about a form.

Fantastic experience: Great management company! Michelle is very knowledgeable and has the best communication I’ve seen. You can tell she takes pride in her work and makes sure her clients are happy. The tiers of service you get to choose from are unmatched and the best prices around. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and CARES about your biggest investments like it was her own, look no further and call Michelle from Jensen Property Management!

Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars I would, however to post this review I had to give one. On April 2023, my husband and I moved to Temecula into one of the homes (Bristol Road) being managed by Michelle Ross (the owner and broker at Jensen Property Management). The primary individual that we were in communication with for the duration of our time living there was Michelle. I am writing this review because we are being charged $1,400 due to an incorrect paint sheen used to touch up the walls. According to Michelle, the homeowner is claiming that we are the ones that used the wrong sheen. We didn’t touch up any painted walls, we only filled and painted a few holes from some wall decorations. The mismatch paint sheen was there and very evident when we moved in which is why I mentioned “some walls need touch up” in my email to Michelle upon moving in. We had several friends and family members mention to us that whoever touched up this place before we moved in did a terrible job. Its interesting that when we moved in the homeowner was not involved which makes perfect sense because the homeowner hired Jensen Property Management to manage their property but now Michelle is telling us that the homeowner is accusing us of the poor paint job. We are not sure if that is true or if Michelle is just wanting to place the blame on the homeowner since she obviously did an inadequate inspection when the previous tenant moved out and we moved in or we wouldn’t be having this discussion. Email Date: 4/2/2023 “The kitchen cabinets are filthy, we scrubbed the outside of the fridge, the white floor portion of the fireplace has scuff marks everywhere (especially the corners), some walls need paint touch ups, the closet doors are scratched, a light is missing outside on the porch, there was a lot of water in the garage that we cleaned up prior to leaving (that the wood planks were sitting in), one of the cabinets in the kitchen (inside) is yellow, a “powered room” sign was left screwed in above the downstairs restroom so when we remove it there will be screw holes and will need to be filled and a paint touch up and the bathroom medicine cabinets have a lot of grime and the master bathroom shower door has a lot of soap scum/line crust. Also, the door handle is loose (where you put your thumb).” Jensen Property Management didn’t fix any of this. We used decorations to hide the patches of paint that didn’t match, we replaced the light on the porch, tightened the handle on the front door and we deep cleaned the house ourselves prior to moving in. Upon moving out we did the following: 1. Replaced the door stop as the one they provided was loose; 2. Patched and painted all holes where we hung decorations; 3. Deep cleaned all cabinets throughout the house. 4. Deep cleaned all bathrooms; 5. Deep cleaned all bedrooms; 6. Deep cleaned all baseboards; 7. Deep cleaned the built in bookshelves & mantle/fireplace; 8. Deep cleaned all windowsills; and 9. Vacuumed & mopped the floors.

Negative experience: Unprofessional in Ramona !

Fantastic experience: I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Jensen Property Management. From our initial meeting, Faith was personable and kind. Answered all of my questions and always kept me in the loop about my application. From there, Michelle was an absolute God send! She helped us get into the home of our dreams! Every single step of the way, we were taken exceptional care of. The customer service is out of this world. I would HIGHLY recommend the team over at Jensen Property Management in a heart beat!

Negative experience: If I could give this property a zero star review I would. I moved in a condo in Murrieta on June 1st that I am renting on behalf of Jensen Property Management and this is like living in the slums of Murrieta. Since day one there has been nothing but problems. Extreme problems. And they still persist. When I viewed this property I asked Michelle the owner of Jensen Property if there were roaches and she said NO. This is something I ask any person showing me a property. For the simple fact that I do not do bugs. The day I moved in behold there were roaches. Baby roaches crawling on the wall, dead roaches, and roach traps in the cabinets. That is not ok. I already moved out of my home and I was placed in a bind. The roaches still persist and I am hearing nothing but excuses, gas lighting, games and no solutions. Her response is you have pest control for a year as if that makes it ok to move someone in with roaches when they asked you if there were any here. There has been multiple issues. Water heater stopped working properly a week after I moved in. It was working intermentally and I had to keep resetting the pilot. They said a part was ordered to find out the part wasn't ordered. And all I heard was excuses and after a month they replaced the water heater. Light bulbs in the hallway blew out and all of them never worked. Paint is chipping off the walls and flying on my bed when the AC comes on. One of the bathroom sinks were t working properly so I couldn't use it for 2-3 weeks. All the toilets run intermentally and they have never been fixed. The shower in my master bathroom was not working properly since the day I moved in and I have never been able to use it. It took over a month for them to repair that. There is tile that was ripped in my second bathroom and they finally fixed that 2 weeks ago. Lastly, there is mold in my home and I had to hire a mold inspector to come out because I don't trust this company and who they contract as workers. I have been getting sick ever since I moved in here. This company has known since July 9th I suspected mold in this home and they sent their mold inspector out on 8/1. He saw visable mold under my master bathroom sink and window. Michelle was also made aware that I am medically allergic to mold. They offered me a credit in June for July towards my rent that I did not ask them for. But I have told them on multiple occasions that if these roaches were not gone that I wanted all my money back. Now fast forward when I informed them of the mold and their lack of urgency and me getting sick. I asked them for a full refund of my security deposit and all the rent I paid Michelle told me NO. There has been no empathy or courtesy to put me in a hotel. Matter fact they told me they will not reimburse me for anything. All Michelle does is blame the pest control for the roaches here and her not being honest from the get go. She blames the owner of this property for the mold and other issues that have taken place. Blames pest control for the roaches still here. Michelle is the face for this property so she is just as responsible as the owner for these problems. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. MICHELLE has a attitude problem, does not show empathy, does not take responsibility and has an attitude in her responses in emails and texts messages and thinks it's ok to place a person in this living situation. WORST COMPANY EVER, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! For a company to act like a renter should just deal with this is terrible, unethical, unprofessional and uninhabitable. Many civil codes have been broken at this property. NEVER AGAIN. Let me not forget to mention I recorded her bad mouthing me to someone on the phone at her office when I came in to pay my rent the same day her and her mold inspector were here.

Fantastic experience: Having come from a short-term rental (high maintenance) experience, my wife and I wear worried about what we would be facing with a long-term rental property. We interviewed several property Management companies and decided to give Jensen property Management a try. After one year we are incredibly grateful we did so since Michelle, our property manager, promptly found a great tenant and has taken care of all issues and concerns with the property. This has been a worry - free year and we are looking forward to many more years with her and the Jensen property management team.

When the house does come up for rent, she lists it promptly and it has never been vacant for more than a few days. Fantastic experience: Jensen property Management is the company you want to continue doing business with, over and over. I am in the military and left my property under their care for over 3 years while I served overseas. Its owner, Michelle, is phenomenal. Although, we had over 8 hours time difference, not only she kept the lines of communications open but, she ensure all maintenance and any issues that came up were resolved diligently and correctly. In over 4 years my property was only empty 1 month! That is a superb stat! If you are an owner or a real state investor, Michelle is the property manager you want to add to your team. She already is in mine!

Fantastic experience: I have rented from Jensen Property Management since approximately 2012. The first place I rented for 5 years. I have since moved and remained with Jensen Property Management because they made my move so easy. They transferred my deposit on the new place making is easy to only focus on the move. All the details or additional money owed for difference in price was all taken care of personally by Michelle once I was situated. Any problems that have ever needed taken care of were done so quickly and the dates and times of services have always been flexible for me the tenant. If commitment to you the tenant is what you want, you will get it with Jensen Property Management.

Fantastic experience: I've moved all over the U.S. and rented almost exclusively, it's not often you find a property manager as honest and good at communication as Michelle. She keeps you in the loop and will always respond to texts, e-mails, service requests, or general walk throughs. I never feel like she's 'pulling one over on me' or just trying to make a buck. She genuinely wants what's best for the homeowners and the tenants long term.

Michelle has gone out of her way even meeting us after business hours to show us multiple homes so we could find the perfect fit for my family. She is very professional and quick to respond through email and calls. You can tell she takes pride in her clients properties making sure they are well maintained. She is a wonderful link between tenant and landlord making our leasing experience easy and enjoyable. I needed documents to get my children transferred to their new school and she was able to get them to me right away.
