Fantastic experience: Sold a Townhouse home in 2025 in East Central, Pasadena, CA. The stars aligned! We are so blessed to have met Jason Patrick Hamilton (of The Justin Borges RE Team) and to have worked with him! He negotiated top dollar for our home, and without a doubt we highly recommend him! My husband and I purchased a townhome meant for our family. However, due to various circumstances our plans changed and so we decided to sell after all. Since we purchased the unit previously via a realtor within our family we were going to work with this same family member for the sale as well. Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately), our plans fell through the night before our family member was to launch our listing. By the grace of God, I was on the phone with my dear BFF venting about what just happened, and she highly recommended Jason to us. Jason and I connected over the phone the next day, and he made arrangements to view our unit. We already had a lock box for him to access our home - and the rest is history! Within 2 days of connecting with him, our home was listed! And then, we developed a schedule for a broker tour and open house showings. Within less than two weeks we were under contract! Justin Borges is one the top and few honest individuals I worked with. Justin is invested in the clients needs and diligent in having those needs meet. It took us well over a year to find my dream house all while having bumps in the road for qualifications. However Justin was right there keeping me updated throughout new listings all while giving me encouragement and insight when my qualifications seemed slim. Justin even went through the extra mile to make sure the deals that I initially was interested in by which I found on Zillow weren't lemons or money pits. At times property listings had to be viewed within a certain time frame. I was not able to view them or get an idea before deciding an offer. Justin went to the property inspected, noted, and recorded things of interest or concerns. They're other situations that Justin came through for me. We casually searched for a property over the course of 3 years. Justin periodically would curate lists for us to consider. Every 4 months or so, we might find one we would consider viewing. Justin would do some early footwork to give us some details on the property to make sure we wouldn't waste our time or we were aware of issues to see if those would be an impediment to our purchase.
