Fantastic experience: These days, its rare to find someone who provides customer service that really WOWs you by going above and beyond. I am convinced that Jessica has unlocked 30 hour days, because there is no way she is working under the same time constraints as us normal people. All while keeping our wellbeing an utmost priority. My fiance and I are first-time home buyers and were trepidatious, as most are. When we started the buying process I was so overwhelmed, but Jess put my mind at ease by reviewing the process step-by-step and with no pressure. She totally understood what we really wanted/needed in a home, and when it came time to submit an offer she was right there, no matter the time nor how silly our questions were, to guide us through submitting a strong offer based on our means. Lucky us, we had our very first offer accepted! The shopping process we expected to take 3+ months.. took us 3 weeks! Every nitpicky (and I am telling you, I am NITPICKY) concern I had during the inspection, we reasoned through together, Jess got quotes, and she was able to have the seller address. Important here - she has an established network of specialists who know their stuff. We are now sitting in our dream home with total peace of mind. What I've learned through this process is that you need an agent who is proactive, personable, efficient, and responsive to succeed in this market. Jess is that girl!! Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Jessica, and would go back to her for any future real estate needs. I am extreeemely type A and by nature of my job (Production) I am very particular with who I trust and who I work with, and I can say with full confidence that Jessica will go to bat for you. We are extremely thorough clients, and while we were on top of things on our side too, we were NOT shy about asking questions, getting clarification, and ensuring we understood every step of the process. Buying a home is no small feat, so it's important to surround yourself with a team of people who will not only make it happen for you but also make you feel safe. She is a hustler, and I don't mean that lightly. There were many times in the home buying process where we were only available at night or on weekends, and I knew for SURE she was busy, but she never made us feel like we weren't her first priority. There was never any pressure to rush anything, and she made sure we got the best deals - it's not about making the sale for her, it's about taking care of her clients and what's best for us. That all being said, we had a record fast escrow and timeline for everything - and though the process was no joke, it never felt stressful. She has the tactics and know-how to make sure your offer stands out. (We started talking to Jessica and looking at homes ~Feb 16 2025, and we received our keys today Mar 18th 2025) If you've come this far in my review, you must've decided for yourself that Jess is your girl. And if so, my one piece of advice is to be transparent with her in your needs and concerns. She will go to bat for you in ways you might not even realize was possible. To share an example; at one point in our home buying journey we had some noise concerns with the home. We shared our concerns with her and instead of dissuading the concerns with simple words or "don't worry!" - she felt our concerns were completely valid and took action and proactively found a way for us to hear for ourselves if it would be a concern or not. In the end, it was totally fine! To have someone figure out a solution for us without pressuring us either way was a blessing. I always felt safe knowing she had the answers for us, or could get the answers for us.

She was our guide, advocate and champion in every situation. From the simplest questions of "do you think this brown would look good in the light?" to "how can we maximize our bid to be competitive but still have enough money to improve our home?" If Jess didn't have the answer (and let me tell you, she did most of the time), she took the time to figure out the answer/resource and various options for us. As we all know, buying your first home is terrifying. Jess made the process accessible and did the due diligence for us to understand, follow and match everything from our finances to our kitchen preferences. Jess was on-top-of-everything, from our viewing schedule to interfacing with the sellers. We never felt alone and always felt incredibly empowered. Everything was top notch and beyond anything we could have imagined in finding, purchasing and even took a day to help us move (!!) into our new home. But what I appreciated most from Jess is how honest she kept us. Such as what neighborhoods match our aesthetics and needs or we shouldn't even go to. Or if a bathroom was ugly. Or another needed some TLC. Or we could use our money better upgrading another home rather than a very-very old "fixer-upper". In such an incredibly short timeframe - November 2023 to April 2024, Jess got us from simply looking to Zillow to moving into our first home! And it doesn't even stop there - Jess continues to check on us and invites us to more shindigs. So if you're looking for a realtor, look no further cause Jess will probably fight someone for you :].

Fantastic experience: Jessica was referred to us by a good friend and she went above and beyond for our first home buying experience. Our home buying process took just about 4 months and Jessica walk us through the entire process and was very responsive from beginning to end. She also did set us up with her preferred lenders who offered very competitive rates as well as fees in terms of closing cost and overall it made a very stressful experience very smooth and focused. So I reached out to Jessica as a first time home-buyer and she was the perfect person to help in this process.
