Fantastic experience: I worked with Jinnee, Stacy, and Eric at Full Circle to purchase my first home, and I would recommend them to anyone. I was living in Arizona while buying a home in Eagle Point, Oregon, so having a team I trusted to go the distance and keep everything moving was incredibly important to me. I spoke with a few agents before connecting with Full Circle, and after my first conversation with them I knew they were the right fit. They complement each other so well, and I always got quick, clear answers whenever I had a question. Because I was out of state, I wasn’t planning to do a lot of tours. Then on a Friday afternoon, my dream house was listed and I immediately felt like it could be “the one.” I texted the team to see if they could arrange a showing the next day so a family friend could walk through while I joined on FaceTime, and they set it up right away. After that viewing, I was even more excited, and they explained that my offer would be stronger if we could honestly say I had seen the home in person. I booked a flight the next morning, toured the home Sunday afternoon, and we finalized our strategy right after. They submitted my offer first thing Monday morning, and it was accepted that same evening. In about 72 hours, I found a home, flew out to see it, and had an accepted offer, and Full Circle made that possible. They stayed just as engaged through the inspection, appraisal, and every step that followed, consistently explaining what to expect, answering questions, and advocating for my best interests. I’m genuinely grateful I got to work with them, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Negative experience: They won’t even take the time to talk to you if they don’t like what you are asking. They will hang up and refuse to answer a call back. Very unprofessional. Update- I have the recorded phone call, so I am certain you are mistaken.

Inspections of every part of our Centuryhome and negotiation with the buyers was incredible. Additionally, they represented our home sale! It went pending the first day and surprisingly over listing. They hooked us up with a super stager (Ready set Show) then specialists to complete the minor repairs needed after inspection.

Fantastic experience: In early September of 2024 I realized I would have to sell my wonderful home in Ashland, Oregon. The time had come, after 20 years of retirement, to create a simpler life for myself. Fantastic experience: Eric and Stacy Poole are amazing professionals and provided me with an outstanding experience. They helped me identify the ideal property and location based on my input and months of viewing several properties in the Ashland area. They were able to virtually show me a property and get our offer accepted within 2 days of going on the market, all while I was out of town. Being an older house, they helped get inspections and testing done quickly, so I knew what I was getting into. Eric identified an issue which was not disclosed or identified during inspections that would have cost me in the long run. The purchase was not an easy one with multiple contingencies and seller delays. Eric and Stacy had a solution for all the situations we faced. We were lucky enough to have been referred to Full Circle from our lender. Principal brokers Eric Poole and Mark Philhower set up a conference call to talk about our criteria and we met two days later at a home we were interested in seeing.
