Fantastic experience: Meghan and Greg were absolutely fabulous to work with. Truly beyond amazing. Gobsmackingly wonderful. I was selling a house that had numerous layers of problems. It was a custom-built house with several features that could most charitably be called quirky – including a second floor that was accessible by a ladder rather than stairs. It also had serious structural problems, primarily the fact that the domestic well had never been connected to the house’s plumbing system. It had also been empty for years so that there had been no regular upkeep. Added to this was the fact that there were numerous legal complications. While the house is in Ashland, I live in California, and my mother (for whom I was selling the house) is in Texas. This required a combination of a conservatorship, an executorship, and a guardianship. Meghan and Greg handled everything for me from getting an exterminator to deal with an infestation of wasps to helping me gather experts to assess the chemistry of the well water to finding a lawyer who stepped in at the last minute to manage the complexities of the overlapping jurisdictions. I cannot imagine having gotten through the many (at one point seemingly unending) repairs and upgrades without their help. Each time a new problem arose they located and coordinated with specialized, skilled contractors. Only realtors like Meghan and Greg with extensive, local expertise could have gotten me through this process. A couple of offers fell through before house – nothing to do with Meghan and Greg – and both times they called me to tell me what had happened rather than just sending an email or text. This might seem like a small thing but it symbolizes their commitment to providing personalized, expert, and honorable service.

Fantastic experience: Greg and Megan offer a new style of selling real estate that we were unfamiliar with.. It was it was a fun and interesting experience. The photography on the house was absolutely beautiful, the sit down with them to discuss the terms was great. Our house was difficult due to the location and the road but they took it in stride and really worked the way that it could be shown properly. What we were unfamiliar with was the open listing where any realtor could show it without our realtor there. Yes just call us old fashioned lol. They responded quickly with a price change when appropriate and did not let it drag on. The house then promptly sold at fair market value. Throughout, a lot of the communication was done by text which at times was difficult for us being old fashioned but all in all the experience was Very positive.

Fantastic experience: Last fall we came to Ashland and decided that we wanted to buy a house here. We walked into Royce Real Estate Services and met Meghan McNulty and Greg Goebelt. Greg is a person who really believes in helping people find homes. We didn't feel pressured to max out our loan pre-approval limit or just buy the first thing we looked at - it was a longer process than I had expected - but we did find a home that our family enjoys and that is largely thanks to Greg and his commitment to helping people find what they are looking for.
