Fantastic experience: The Rowe Team helped us sell our parents’ home in Ashland after our father died and our mother needed full-time care. As out-of-area sellers, we needed professionals who know the Ashland community and are extremely familiar with the nuances of marketing a high-end home (beautiful, but impaired by deferred maintenance) in a challenging location (steep driveway, shared access). No challenge too great! Claire went above and beyond in managing the required/recommended repairs. Several months after the purchase, our family was met with a personal tragedy and the team reach out to us to see if they could help. Without any personal or financial gain intended, the Rowe team went above and beyond to help. They really care about their clients, current and previous. They are a kind and caring group of people. *We were purchasing a home from out of state so we needed a little extra help. The Catherine Rowe team were great about getting us all the information we needed and providing input. I was impressed by the solidarity of the team - they really work together and help one another out, so you never have to wait if you need anything. On the day we came to town, they had several viewings lined up for us. We met again the next day to take a second look which led to purchasing our house. Fantastic experience: I researched 7 realtors before selecting Catherine Rowe. She proved my right for picking her. As out of town owners of a higher end house in a market where values were typically not recovered, she managed a sales price that exceeded the recommended list prices the other realtors preferred. This required significant personal attention on her part, the kind you might ask of a neighbor but dare not expect from a realtor. Others made good pitches for the listing, but I can't believe any would have given the dedicated support that Catherine gave.
