Fantastic experience: I was a first time homebuyer in August of 2026 in Ashland, OR. I found Jeffrey and Robynne through a search when I heard about the "Homes for Heroes" program which provides lenders and real estate agents the ability to offer discounts for essential workers like nurses, firefighters, teachers, military, etc. during the home buying process. From using their services, as a nurse, I received a significant amount of money back after closing (0.7% of home price!) and a free appraisal from my Mortgage Lenders (Melissa Redding and her team at Strategy One Home Loans, also highly recommend). I am so happy to have found this local team to help me with buying my first home. I was working on a fairly tight deadline to find a place for myself and my family and they were so incredible throughout the entire process. Jeffrey and Robynne were flexible, quick to respond, and even available for me after I got out of work (sometimes after 8:00 pm was the only time I had available to look at properties). I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind the whole way and they were so kind, patient, and informative as they helped me navigate through searching, touring, offering, and negotiating for my house. I HIGHLY recommend Jeffrey and Robynne. Even in this challenging market and economy I really feel like I came out on top because of their support and we are so happy in our new home! And when we found our property, it was a complex sale that he streamlined, listening & answering our concerns, patient with my questions and chatter. Fantastic experience: This Spring Jeffrey sold my deceased brother's home in Central Point OR. Jeffrey and I met at the house a few times then I returned to my home in Ohio. He couldn't have been more helpful to me! He contacted contractors to remove items from the house, clean it, paint it and take care of the lawn. Jeffrey constantly kept me informed on the preparations for sale of my brother's home and sent me photos. Due to his knowledge of prepping and pricing homes, my brother's home sold quickly and at market price. He emailed all contracts to me and went over every small detail before I signed them. The one thing I can say about my experience with buying a home with Mr. Nagel is that from beginning to end the professionalism displayed was awesome to experience. Mr. Nagel was always honest with me and worked very hard to find the right home for me. It took a few tries (and bids on multiple homes) but I was worth the search. There were times where it felt like a home was not in reach but, Mr. Nagel stayed positive and made the experience a whole lot easier. While yes it is his job to sell you a home, Mr. Nagel cares about what you're looking for and will give his professional input on things. Words can't explain how grateful I am to have had Mr. Nagel as a real estate agent and I recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
